Our two Catahoula pups adjusted to the…
Our two Catahoula pups adjusted to the geofence much easier and sooner than we expected. The support via the chat option was very helpful as the startup information was lacking in a couple areas (likely due to our advanced age!). I would highly recommend if your circumstances meet the situations SpotOn references

My pup got skunked right in the face
My pup got skunked right in the face. I couldn’t get the smell out of her SpotOn Collar. When I called, they understood immediately, and replaced the collar! I was so stressed before calling, I am so appreciative that they handled everything so quickly!

Overall a good collar that I will continue to use.
Customer service has been great. For a large coverage area where accurate border lines are not critical, the collar is good. For keep out zones or wanting accurate border lines, the coverage is rather poor. The issue with cell coverage is questionable. My cell coverage works fine on my phone for everything including data use but the collar is constantly having trouble with cell coverage.

GPS-based systems can experience some natural drift, which can affect fence boundaries and Keep Out Zones where very precise placement is important. With the Nova edition, we observe 3–6 feet of GPS drift, and we’re always happy to help review fence placement and troubleshoot performance. We’d also be happy to look into the cellular connectivity you’re experiencing. Your phone and SpotOn collar can perform differently in the same area because the collar uses LTE-M coverage, so consistent phone service doesn't always mean the same connection quality for the collar. We appreciate your feedback, and we would be more than happy to help improve your experience.

If your dog has started frequently breaching the fence line, it may need a couple of retraining sessions or a slight fence redesign so the dog doesn't know where the fence line is. We would be happy to help troubleshoot the collar and provide training tips and tricks. SpotOn is a great product.
SpotOn is a great product. I that I was able to talk to a live person, when I needed help with my collar. I could understand the rep and they were helpful.

SpotOn has been great
SpotOn has been great! Used it on a camping trip and that was great, too. Dogs respect the boundaries with no training since we had an in ground system previously. The only “escapes” have been because I forgot to remove collar on a car ride. Highly recommended!
