Spot On has been the absolute best solution for my dog who suffers from anxiety during thunderstorms, 4th of July (whole month if July actually) gun fire from neighbors who like to target practice. Always before I had to tether him in thr yard when these things were going on. Now he can roam free n choose his hiding places when he is scared, without worrying about him going into the road. He has the whole two acres to run n play and chase things. He is a much happier dog now. He still hates loud noises but he is safe now. Thank you Spot On. Also, their customer service is also "Spot On"! Always so helpful and courteous and resolves every issue or question I have!

80% of the time, the system works wonderfully. There are however many times where the tracking feature will not work while both collar and phone show full satellite connection and service. There have been a couple time where the dog has been in a home zone and still been randomly static corrected. Also on several instances I have watched my dog leave the fence with no static correction.

It has been great for keeping Abby off the busy hwy near my house. She has never stepped foot on it once.Had a few issues with home zone but now have that worked out. Abby just turned 6 months old and isfully trained on the collar. I can make a fence about anywhere and she respects it. Used light static and she quickly learned to stop no matter where shes at. I turned it off for a while but have it back on set on 8 just for the road purpose although even with tempting distractions on and across rd, she hasnt ever tested going past her spot. She will sit at line and just stare at deer,squirrels,rabbits and even the nieghbor who she just loves. When she sees him coming to visit she sits there and waits for him. I would recommend the system to anyone. Even have a fence set a my folks house who live in a duplex in town and at folks house that watch her for me occasionally. The customer service is also great if needed.

First - we love this system! We have four German Shepherds and we have not had any problems. The reasons I knocked a star off is because 1. Cheap plastic clip. The clip is difficult to unbuckle for us ladies that have nails and don't want to break our nails. 2. The little charging units the collar is docked on for charging are cheap and horribly lightweight requiring use of both hands to remove collar from dock. A better weighted option should at least be offered as a side purchase to be able to remove collar from charging dock with one hand. 3. Do not like the fact that there are no batteries. Should the battery go bad it can't be replaced - a new collar would have to be purchased. At the price of these collars a way to replace the chargeable battery should be offered. Time will tell on how long these collars will last and will dictate if I continue use afterwards (if I have to buy 4 new collars that would be a no). 4. No different color options. With four dogs - we had to come up with a way to differentiate which collar went to which dog. Color options of some sort would help with multiple dog households. Final comments - the performance of this system is amazing. We are happy despite the above 4 areas and if those areas are addressed then we will bump up to 5 stars and be lifelong customers!

Our Great Dane barely needed any training. The fence is working great! Love this product!!

Still unable to get a clear signal in the woods. Sometimes there would be signals leaving the area....sometimes warning signals coming back in. Also with two dogs the collars "zones" could be 30 feet different. Also I was disappointed in the quality right out of the box. There was an emblem on the collar that was peeling off upon arrival on one collar...it was supposed to be permanent. The other collar started to peel withing days. The charges did not have clean contacts. The charger seemed like a substitute for the actual charger. the connectors were about 1/4 to 1/2 inch too long so there was bare metal e bxposed. Not the $1,000 piece of equipment one would expect. Best thing I can say was the return was made very simple and efficient. I really was hoping it would work. I had tried this before with similar results but wanted to try again in early spring with the trees not fully leafed out thinking it might be better. It wasn't. Regarding your response, I would like to point out that my dogs are both roughly 50lbs. I started fencing off about 100 acres. When that wasn't working I tried smaller areas down to about 5 acres. With the same results. The "cosmetic" portion of the collar that came unglued was the "Live Life Unleashed" Logo. I really wish that you would recognize that I did all that I could to make this work and address the problems rather than say the dogs and the property were not big enough and the sticker was cosmetic so ok to be hanging by glue..
