Good Concept POOR customer assistance
Good Concept. Poor Execution. we own 2 collars. Customer service is horrible. JC gives vague answers and assumes customer does not understand, when in fact he is just trying to justify poor technology. First collar has a 1 year old sim card-this collar does NOT track. Second collar tracks ok. JC claims that we chose the singular tracking cell service on the first collar and the omni on the second-Even though we chose the same cell plan for both collars. The fact is the sim was updated and the first collar contains the OLD VERSION of the sim card. Second this collar has the omni sim card. there is no explanation on the website when choosing cell plans. Customer service should be offering to replace collar with bad sim card-not advising that I return the new collar!! The new one works the old one does not. This collar is marketed for livestock guardian dogs-the collar clip needs to be a BUCKLE not a plastic clip. they break. Third the battery needs to be interchangeable for a working dog-predators do not have predictable 2.5 hour down times. fourth lots of vague answers about the tracking is not accurate and not recording in the app or disappearing, app started blinking after second collar was added, would appreciate a call from the engineer Jung Vivathana. Response to your reply. EXACTLY..not good technology in first collar that is 1 year and one half month old purchase daye 11/14/23 and you blamed MY CHOICE of cell providers when it is a faulty collar.

I am sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience, and I'll flag these concerns to management. Below, I'll try to rephrase the differences between your Verizon and Omni collars (and how your tracking plan factors in). You are correct - you chose the same cell plan for both collars. There is no choice to make when choosing a subscription plan (other than the length of your plan). The "choice" factors in when selecting the collar itself. The older collar has a Verizon sim card that only receives signals from the Verizon cellular network. The newer collar has an Omni sim card that can receive signals from any cellular network. Tracking performance can vary, since the Omni collar can receive a wider range of cellular signals.
