The effort it takes to get responses and to get help is sometimes amazing. Emails can go unanswered for days and days and do not typically get a response until I try again, over and over.

Had issues with terminals, customer service was no help. Overall poor company to deal with if you are running a business.

Excellent Business and service

Had a great experience with the transition to this POS system. My rep, Paul, was outstanding and has helped me every step of the way. They’ve done everything they said they would do. The one thing we need them to do they are currently working on and keeping us updated. Highly recommend.

this is the worst system ever- i tried to talk to different people how it was not user friendly. customer service is rude and unhelpful. I have canceled my subscription 4 x and still shows a active subscription. do use this service

Great company and easy to work with! They’re very helpful when needing any questions answered. Highly recommend! The system is easy to adjust to as well!
