SpotOnReviews of spoton.com

Toni McIntosh- I am really happy with the responsiveness of Toni. She always calls me back and is very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I was considering going with another company but the service I received from Toni kept me with SpotOn. This is a great local company and I will continue to do business with them for as long as Toni is there.

We used Spoton for years and allowed ourselves to be convinced that the grass was greener on the other side of the fence. LIES!! MANY THOUSANDS of wasted dollars later, we are happily back on Spoton! KAYLEE was a godsend! They reached out and helped us convert seamlessly back on to their platform. My GM told me the other day how thrilled she was to be off Clover and back onto a system actually designed for restaurants. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone was. Additionally Spoton is far superior in every way. I highly recommend Spoton for restaurants.

My experience with Spoton has been frustrating during the shipments & installation periods. The training was beneficial, but what made my experience bounce back to being spectacular was connecting with Kaley, she solved all my problems in minutes, its such a relief having a representative like Kaley being a phone call away. She has been the easiest and most contributing representative I interacted with thus far!

Kaley is the best. I wish she lived in Alabama. She's never upset when I call with questions and she always finds the best person to help with whatever my situation is.

Experienced some growing pains with our pos system. After speaking with several reps, I received a call from Alaina Brown. What a breathe of fresh air. She cared. She listened. Found the right teams to tweak the individual concerns, and things have never been better. She single handedly saved our relationship. Every business needs an Alaina. Nice work. Thanks again.

Mo from Spot has been super helpful and knowledgeable with this product. He also returns my calls when he is off the clock.

Iván Monroy Uno de los mejores entrenadores que eh tenido desde que me instalaron el sistema de Spoton.

I had good experiences with SpotOn support over all. The recent time that we need help, they sent Mo to us. Our staff knows Mo since day one we installed SpotOn, always happy to see him. Mo is friendly, patients and most importance, he can resolved our problem. Thanks to Mo for doing a good job!
