Ordered a few items, seemed like they were in stock, there was no indication at all that it was out of stock until I already ordered it and got a confirmation email saying it was on back-order and would be here in a month. Crappy website, I'll never use them again.

First and last time ordering with sportsman's guide. Ordered 1000 rounds in Aug 2020 with expected ship date Oct 15th 2020. At the end of Sept received and email that my ship date changed to Jan 2021!! Then received a separate email that they were going to auto cancel my order unless I confirmed I wanted to keep it. (Well if I didn't cancel myself then obviously I wanted to keep my order!) I could have easily had my order canceled without my consent after already waiting 2 months on it had I not seen that email! Very frustrating!!

I understand that there's a national shortage on ammunition as there is uncertainty. However, this is the crappiest website I have ever attempted to make a purchase from. I placed an order in September for rifle rounds and was told I would receive my order in November. However, I later received an email stating that this order has been delayed to January. Which, no problem, considering all the supply chain challenges and unexpected consumer demand. So, I waiting until the end of October to check up on my order to see if any changes have been made. Only to find out that they canceled the order. Which still, I understand. This isn't what made me upset, what made me infuriated, is that they canceled my order at a price we agreed to 1000 rds @ $440 and relisted the same item for $690. Somehow this seems illegal or at the very least a bad business practice. I get supply on demand, but at least honor the price and order to which your customers agreed to when they placed their orders.

I ordered a 10/22. They sent me an email saying they need more information. I have sent multiple emails and called 30+ times and not been abled to talk to anyone. I can't even cancel my order.

I ordered on the 19th and paid $5.00 for 3 day delivery.It arrived today the 25th.Obiviously after reading reviews here,I am very pleased.

Wouldn’t give them even 1 star! Ordered ammo back in July 2020 for good price! Backorder is understood until October, but email says action needed to prolong order until January 2021? Didn’t want to give me my items at that price you are now charging almost 60% more for what I ordered them at! Who is willing to throw the most money? Sportsman Guide sucks!

I order a magazine that clearly described on the website that it will be as described after telling them that they sent me the wrong item three times I had to talk to the manager to discuss the issue 2 days later he lets me know that they had the wrong picture for the item the people at the warehouse are lazy and unorganized they're driving me crazy with all their issues disorganized company

I called again this morning at 10:23a and left my call back information. I received a call back at 11:26a and was able to explain my issue to your representative. I was then asked to be placed on a brief hold for 2-3min while she contacted the billing specialists. After 10min on hold I was disconnected. I have now tried to contact Sportsman's Guide for over 3 months to resolve this. I have sent emails about this issue on all the following dates: July 9 th (prior to ordering) July 15th July 27th July 30th August 7th August 19th September 3rd October 13th Those dates do not include the numerous times I've spoken with someone, after calling several time because your phone lines have a generic message saying you are too busy to take calls at the moment. I run several customer service businesses as well and I have been beyond patient with this whole situation. But, I feel we are now at a point that I will be forced to dispute my credit card charges since your company has no interest in resolving this issue of us being over charged $120. I do not wish any longer to hold or to renew my membership with Sportsman's Guide.
