Order binoculars for my son's birthday over a month ago they still haven't shipped they won't answer my calls, they refuse to call me back, they won't answer my emails and they have taken out the second payment! This is borderline criminal activity and theft! If you plan on ordering from these peoplethink twice because you won't receive your product and you won't get any help from customer service! They never disclosed that this was going to happen when I bought these binoculars they never said it was going to be late shipping they never said they were running way behind but they instantly took my payment and right on the next time around on the 4pay plan they took it again and still haven't shipped my binoculars! Every time I call theres on a 2-hour hold time because of high volume calls and when asked if I'd like to receive a call back they never call me back. Just a terrible terrible way to run a business!

Placed an order [Order Number : 69681902], received an order confirmation via email, and my credit card was immediately charged. Logged into my account and...no order. Sent a request to ask how to track my order and received this response: "Dear _______, Thank you for contacting us. We would like to speak with you personally about this order. Please call our Order Compliance Department at 1-800-515-2722 so that we may process your order. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:00 pm Central Standard time. Please be advised, if there is a long hold time, you can utilize the callback feature. If you are unable to get through or the phones are off please keep trying. If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to Contact us Enjoy the Outdoors!" You cannot reach these people by phone, you cannot wait on hold, and there is no "call back feature." I don't know if my products, which I need for this weekend, are in transit or the order has been canceled. Based on the other extremely poor reviews, I'm guessing the latter is the case. I have not received the courtesy of a reply to any of my questions pertaining to my order, and I'm disinclined to keep calling these people over and over again. This is the second time I've been hosed by this company. The last time was 11 years ago when they refused to send an order I placed for my wife and I prior to a hunting trip to Iowa. I never received that order either. This won't happen again. 10/27/2020 Update Sportsman's Guide ignored my timely requests to cancel this order, and instead shipped it on 10/16/20 AFTER the expected delivery date when I placed the order. Today is 10/27/2020, and although two (2) of the items were delivered on 10/24, the bulk of the order is still in transit with an "Expected Delivery Date" of 10/16/2020. The items have been "Out for Delivery" since 10/23/2020. I now have duplicates of all of these items since I expected my instructions to cancel the order prior to shipment to be honored. The incompetence of this company is astounding. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Wished I could give less stars! Made order on stand over week ago no stand on reply says it's in stock ! Message them twice no response ! I've bought from them before well now NO MORE! It's always a battle to get any help! Save your money buy else where!!! Poor poor poor customers service!!!

I would suggest going to your local crack dealer for better product and service. I ordered ammo back in August and it was suppose to ship in October now its pushed back for January

Ordered an e-card for my friends birthday a month ago, and they still will not send my e-card for $100 via email. They give me a phone number that gets automatically hangs up on you. I have asked for a refund now for days. I have tried calling over 20 times and have sent over 20 emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They will not give me my ecard or give me a refund.

I ordered a firearm 6 months ago and since have not received any response to my many attempts to reach out about the status of my NEVER ENDING backorder. The estimated shipping date has been pushed back 11 times now solidifying that they (unlike most businesses in 2020) don't care at all about their customer experience... just about getting paid and never doing anything in return. If I could give a no star rating I would. Based on other reviews I know better than to try and cancel the order or seek a refund. Big mistake on my part ordering from SPORTSMANS GUIDE.

Ordered a pair of pants and 3 weeks later my order is still on hold. Emailed their customer service email and got a response 3 days (not 32 hours as they promised) later saying I needed to provide "additional info" without specifying what they needed and to call a support number. The support number won't even allow you to go on hold or get a call back, it simply demands you go back to their website and then hangs up on you. I checked my order status through their website and my shipping & billing address are both 100% correct and the payment has processed. There should be 0 reason that this order hasn't processed but here I am. Perhaps they lied and the item is on back order and not "in stock" as advertised. Edit: This review got them jumpstarted on my package, will leave at 3 stars if it arrives in sync with FedEx tracking and looks as described
