The worst customer service ever. Sportsman’s Guide went to crap. I will never order from them again. Why would you even keep the doors open to a place like that. Over 30 days and never received my order so I call I email and I get nothing back . Ended up costing me an additional 250dollars to get my order from another company so that I would have it in time for my hunt trip. They care nothing about their loyal customers who have spent thousands of dollars with them , but I bet they never get another dollar out of this guy.

I have been a loyal customer for several years. Prior to covid impacting the market, I made several purchases of ammo, and the company's website stated that product was on backorder and would be filled when restocked. Furthermore, I have a credit card that provides rewards towards orders. End result, the orders were never filled, and cancelled several months later without notice. In addition, the rewards I used on those orders were marked used, and it took seven emails and several months to credit the rewards for availability. When covid hit, I failed to have the inventory of ammo that I used to. Even though, I still have a membership I switched to Natchez and other vendors for supplying my sporting goods. If this mess ever clears, I will not have any loyalty to this vendor.

Ordered Ammo in July 2020 and it was on back order , price was around.42 cents a round, now almost a dollar or more , have been contacted at least 3 times saying ship date has changed, this last message says January 2021, it is now November 22, This is unethical and totally unacceptable, Three strikes and you’re out, no more orders for me with Sportsman’s Guide.

Phone number to customer service (A one man show by the way) 1-800-888-5222 I was greeted by Curt (a very Curt) representative. When I asked for a refund and confirmation number for my order that apparently never got shipped he told me to hold on (on hold) while he "released" my order. Something told me to check the reviews while I waited for what seemed forever. Trust your gutt and go with another legit company for purchases.

I should have looked at these reviews before placing my order. I simply ordered a package of men's boxer shorts. They arrived with no fly which made them completely useless and showed shoddy workmanship. Refunding was relatively quick and simple. However a full refund was not given. Not included were the sales tax and shipping costs I had to pay. My entire experience with this company has been a nightmare. This includes the mistaken expectation of receiving high quality merchandise, the inconvenience of having to go to the post office, countless emails, and the final insult of not receiving a full refund. BUYER BEWARE !!

Do not buy from this company! I thought I had found a gem with the discount prices and products offered. A few says after I received my order, my paypal was charged for a membership fee. I have tried for 6 weeks to contact the company by both email and telephone and they have failed to contact me back. I will never purchase anything from Sportsman Guide again.

Saved $40 on my order by becoming a member for $9.99. Then they canceled my order but still charged for the membership. So I paid $9.99 for nothing. What a scam! Do not recommend.

I wish I had read reviews before I placed my order. I had bought stuff from Sportsman Guide through the years but not recently. I ordered some ammo, which was supposed to be in stock, and after 4 days they were still verifying my address!!! I had bought ammo elsewhere (for less) and tried to call and cancel my order. They said due to extremely high call volume they could not take my call!!! They hoped I understood!!!!! What??!!! Worst customer service ever! I think Gary Olin would be sad to see what's become of his company!
