I ordered boots that were on sale. Nowhere does it state "clearance", no returns or anything. Just on sale. The boots, although ordered 1 size larger, are still too small. I called per their instructions to return and they claim they are on clearance and therefore cannot be returned. I printed the pages when I ordered, before I called, and after I called. Nowhere does it say "clearance". I contacted them via facebook and they sent me a screen shot they must have altered putting "clearance" above the sale price. You can go to their site right now and it still does not say clearance. I'm not a fan of false advertising or false statements.

Judging from the reviews I'm not the only one with a horrible experience at Sportsman's warehouse, this is by far the worst sporting good store in Missoula employees and managers are soooo lazy, poorly trained and disrespectful this is just the beginning of their problems. I even got the store and department managers involved and both where extremely rude and condescending. The store manager Andrew was more interested in defending his staff which did not do their job what so ever and just had so many excuse on why... well why they suck. He did nothing to fix the problem. Read the reviews, most people have a similar experience here. This is basically one bad manger covering for another it was actually pretty funny to witness. If you like wasting your time and like being ignored when there are no other customer present at the counter then this is the store for you. Want to waste several hours getting a scope mounted by poorly trained employees then this is the store for you. Want to watch six employees have a conversation in front of you with out helping you then this is the store for you. Do I need to say more, go to a real MT sporting good store like Bobs or Shields and help get rid of this place. Probably lost out on 1500 dollar sale and I'll make sure friends and family don't shop here either its that bad.

If I could have found the gun I purchased from them anywhere else for the price I would not have got it from sportsman's. Their customer service is possibly the worst I've ever experienced from a outdoor supply retailer. I try not to anything from them if I can help it.

I purchased a new crossbow from this company on 10/13/24 for a hunting trip to Michigan. The bolts that came with the bow are pro elite 400 ten point bolts. I asked the store employees if they sold lighted nocks.we went to the area where the nocks were displayed and he showed me the package that fit my bolts. All of my hunting equipment was sent to my brothers house in Michigan so I didn’t have to transport it under the plane. When I got to the hunting grounds and tried to put the new nocks in my bolts they didn’t fit. Even though the package showed that they were for my elite 400 bolts. After returning from my hunting trip and returning to sportsman warehouse with nocks in hand I was told they couldn’t take them back without one of my bolts which I left in Michigan. I asked the employee to look inside the box of the exact bow I bought and pull out a bolt and test it. After he did this and found out it didn’t fit is when I heard the famous words, ‘we can’t take them back.’I am shocked that a person can spend the amount of money I did in this store between a firearm high end bow and hundreds of dollars on other items to find out they won’t take back a $40 item. Bass Pro shop is a couple miles farther away but will get all my business and my friends and family. Word of mouth is very powerful. I actually feel bad for your employees that have to tell customers of your business practices. They are on the front line.

First order and last order at the same time. I placed an online order. Everything seemed good in stock, great price. Got standard confirmation email. The next day I get emails saying some things are out of stock and some items are prepared to ship with tracking information. I check the website and it says they have the item in stock however the price has gone up. That’s odd I think to myself but it’s late call them later. Then I get more emails and cancellations saying inventory issues and here is a $20 off $50 purchase coupon. I check website again and everything is still showing in stock and higher prices. Call customer service to figure out what is going on. They say the website had incorrect pricing information and it wasn’t their fault and I got a coupon. I found this funny so I asked for a manager. I was put on hold and then told the managers were all in a meeting and I would get a call back. I gave them the weekend and Monday to call me back. No call back. Called today Tuesday and asked for a manager was asked to go over everything and leave a call back number just in case we get disconnected again so I did then got hung up on while waiting for a manager. Gave them the entire day to call me back but no call back. Never had a company fail to honor pricing and fail 2 times to call me back. Thanks for nothing! I would advise anyone who is thinking about doing business with them not to they are a bunch of liars. Lied about pricing. Lied about reasons of cancellation.

I ordered a firearm, waited about 3 weeks to come in. Went to pick up up, gave the man my driver's license and CWP, and filled out the questionnaire. The employee with my DL and CWP entered my information wrong in their computer. He entered Do Back Ground Check instead of with CWP. After waiting about 45 minutes, never waited more than 10 minutes, the manager told me the employee entered the information wrong and that's why it's taking so long and it could not be canceled and re entered it correctly. On an email from Sportsmans Warehouse, reason for order cancelation was, "customer changed mind". Was told 5 to 7 days to get refund. What a bunch of BS from Sportsmans Warehouse. Would not recommend.

We placed an order online. Got to the store and waited over half an hour. They did not have the item we ordered in stock. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience.

I don't write reviews, but I don't know what else to do. My son and I went to the Cornoa store to look at firearms today. My son is a U.S. Marine and I am a firearm owner (3 firearms). I was interested in a hunting rifle, and my son in a handgun and AR rifle. We took a number and waited OVER 2 HOURS. The only reason we stayed is because our number was next for over an hour, but somehow they KEPT TAKING OTHER CUSTOMERS. Many of them walked up without even taking a number. I asked the employees about it, and they brushed me off. At one point there were at least 5 employees behind the counter, but as they finsihed with their current customers, they would leave the area and not help us. I informed the store manager, but she brushed us off too. The employee who eventually helped us was very nice and I don't hold him responsible because he came much later. The other employees IGNORED US ON PURPOSE. Later, I saw one of the employees and he gave me a dirty look. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
