I was blocked from their website and I do not have a clue why?? I am living in Ireland so if somebody has a email I can contact I would be grateful.

Looked online for an item I needed, said it was in stock and could pickup next day. Paid for it and the next day drove to town to get it. They said that it was back ordered and would be there in a week. Don’t tell me you have it if you don’t! Then canceled for a refund, that can take 7-10 days. It sure got taken out of my account instantly! Probably not coming back to Sportsman’s for anything anytime soon.

I bought a pair of soccer boots for my son in May and 3 weeks later they were starting to come apart at the seam. I took them back and the response was that my son plays soccer on gravel. I explained to them that my son DOES NOT play on gravel but at school and club soccer. They refused to assist even through these shoes are poor quality and are starting to split. I have 3 sons and buy 3-4 pairs of soccer boots from them every year and have never had this problem before (and my sons' play on the same fields as they have always played). Discovery offers discounts at another service provider so i will be buying my soccer boots from there going forward. Sportsman Warehouse also said they would get back to me in 2-3 days and it has been over a week with no follow up phone call. Very disappointing service.

Ordered a 11.5 US size shoe, dint open the box for couple of days once opened realized they send 11.5 UK and its larger and dint fit the size, so called customer care for return and its a pain to return i need to upload photos of the shoe and then they review it and send the return label if they are satisfied

Tried to buy a eureka solitaire tent applied for their credit card and was supposed to get 15% off this order and also $50 credit on first purchase. Got neither so didn't order it. Call customer service and after 10 minutes told me I only had a few minutes to order it and it was past that. Useless company. Bad customer service. Go elsewhere. Dishonest . Thanks Steve

Sportsman's did not fulfill a order I made, on line, since they had apparently ran out of inventory and were not aware of that prior to making the sale. I checked with the manufacturer and they DID have inventory which I let Sportsman's know but they went the easy route and cancelled the order instead of keeping a customer and completing their obligation to fulfill a order!

I have an FFL license and have been doing gun transfers since 2002 with over a hundred different wholesalers, gun stores, private parties, etc. Sportsmans Warehouse denied me stating that since I don't have a store front, I do transfers from my home, I don't meet their criteria.

I bought socks from them buy one pair at regular price get next pair for a dollar. I bought 8 pairs of darn tough socks at this deal. They sent me 8 pair of socks 3 were correct 5 were wrong so i sent them back had to take pictures of them etc. I just checked out my credit card info they returned my money on the 5 pair of socks that they sent me that were wrong but never sent me the correct socks i ordered so i basically paid regular price for the 3 pair i received never got any for one dollar a pair. Their customer service is no good they acted like they never had any more correct socks i ordered to send me i said no hurry send them to me when u get them but apparently it was eaiser to just send me my money back and charge me reg price for the 3 pair they gut right. Bad experence
