Sportsman's Warehouse, Inc.Reviews of sportsmans.com

Tshidiso Mhambo from Sportmans Mall of Africa assissted me so well. He was friendly and supportive. Completed a professional running analysis and advice me on good shoes.

I wanted to share positive feedback about one of your team members who assisted me recently. I called Menlyn Sportsman Warehouse for help with an online exchange, the Lady by the name Surprise was incredibly helpful. She walked me through the entire process over the phone, was patient, clear, and made sure i was sorted out without any hassle. Her service was professional and friendly, and it made a big difference to my experience with Sportsman Warehouse. Please pass on my thanks – she’s a real asset to your store.

Nothing but professionalism and knowledge and experience in the ammo that I was obtaining so all in all they were quick service and treated me well and provided me with the ammo that I needed for my trip thank you sportsman's

I couldn’t be happier! Purchased a pistol package on Sept. 4th, 2025. I picked local FFL to ship to. Gave Sportsman Fulfillment email address to send for FFL. After you purchase, you will see “contact customer service” They answer right away ! Gun package shipped Sept.8,2025 . Arrived well packaged to my dealer Sept.10th, 2025. NOTE : They are legit but NOT a lot of communication. No address, no phone#.only email. That’s why they can give the better price ! Large warehouse has many in stock items . If you follow the system , you will get your items fast. If you want a GREAT PRICE ! Follow the procedure after you make your purchase. You WILL be contacted right away and be happy ! If you can’t then pay more elsewhere.

Best outdoor gear store ever! Much better prices than Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's. The employees are always helpful and very knowledgeable. Unlike Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's who's employees aren't helpful or knowledgeable. I went to my local Sportsman's Warehouse and they helped me find the clothing I was looking for and got it very a great price. The next week I went to a Cabela's and the same exact clothing I got was double the price. So I give kudos to Sportsman's Warehouse and their fantastic employees and the Sportsman's Warehouse brand of clothing is fantastic. Thank you Sportsman's Warehouse for your awesome stores and top of the line customer service.

One of my items never shipped. Reached out to customer about it, had first response about 20 later, next day got a new tracking number for my item. Couple days later, got my item. Agent was fantastic!

New Tampa location Perfect location. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. One of the best things about this store is that their prices are comparable if not lower than the gun ranges and direct competitors! New member Joe
