This company is terrible, the regional manager for the northwestern region is a terrible manager. Unprofessional. This place will gladly waste hours of your time in the hiring process. Don't waste money on a place where they will charge you hidden commission fees.

they charge for express shipping and can't provide a delivery date or a resolution when you inquire..... Stay away from online orders. Terrible customer service

horrible the manager has an attitude and implements his own ideas and blames it on the DOJ of Sacramento. he makes up rules on the spot and says its California law i have friends that work at turners, Breco firearms, American firearms. all say the same thing it's his policies not California's.

So me and my son won a shotgun a piece at ducks unlimited bingo for boom sticks and they have not been able to do the 10 day back ground check because they locked out my son for 30 days because he answered no on the portion that asks are you buyer transferee, and since he lives at my home because he is 18 years old they locked my account for 30 days als9 we went in today witch was aparently a day earlier and they locked our accounts again for another 30 days, we won these guns on 12/6/25 and another time do to errors in their filling paperwork they gave me 400 gift certificate for in store on a 800$ dollar shot gun I had bought from them SMH their staff is uncourteous and act like your a Moran who don't deserve their time. Buyers beware very unprofessional.

There is no way to improve this company! Due to being wore out from work, I answered one question wrong for their little gun background test. My son ordered a gun from Sportsman’s Warehouse. He went to pick it up, the manager told him he was not allowed to purchase it due to our last name being the same, and address. Oh yes, since I’m now considered a terrorist, my adult son is too. Pay more for what you want and go to another place to purchase guns or anything that has to do with hunting. Fire the gun manager! Eastgate Ohio location.

Sportsman’s Warehouse charged my card for an online order and then later claimed the order “did not go through,” even though the charge is very real and still pending on my card. What makes this worse is that it happened during a promotion, making it hard not to notice the pattern of taking payment, canceling the order, and conveniently avoiding honoring the promo. To add insult to injury, customer support was completely unavailable when I tried to resolve it and I was told they were not taking calls because staff was “off for a holiday party,” with no callback option, no live support, and no resolution. Charging customers without fulfilling orders and then making support unreachable is unacceptable. I’ve shopped here before, but after this experience I won’t again. Buyers beware.

I made a purchase online. In store pick up was scheduled for a week & a half later. 1 received an emai one day before my pick up date saying that the product was out of stock. I Called customer service and was passed around to 7 different people, not one of which offered anv resolution. Shame on them,I spend thousands of dollars a year on the products thev are peddling and thev could have been the recipient of my dollar, but no more.
