Excellent assistance is selecting my pair of sunglasses. Prompt and courteous response to emails and phone calls. My order arrived earlier than expected and the fit and feel of my Oakley Flak 2.0 XL frames are perfect. As an older road cyclists my needs were for progressive and transition lenses. These sunglasses are performing very well with my prescription and varying sunlight. Highly recommended! Thankful for SportRx service and product.

My prescription was off a little on the first go, but I contacted customer service and found out what true customer service is about. First the service by Danny Delgadillo was excellent. I explained my interest and activities and my restrictions with my prescription and he provided an excellent list of suitable frames to look over. Then he walked me through the lens selection process. Second the lenses SportRX provided are excellent. The clarity and range of field of view is better than I have had in decades. Thirdly the frames...the Smith sunglasses took only a few days to adjust to and it is like I do not have any glasses on at all but see clear. The Oakleys look so cool and never slip. They do not move at all. This frame tech should be on every child's frames because it would change their lives

I ordered a pair of safety glasses from SportRX on November 22. When they arrived, the frames were far too tight. This was my fault for not understanding their sizing guidelines; however, when I contacted support, they took ownership of the situation and ensured I got a satisfactory resolution. The path to resolution here was a long one, taking four months from start to finish, and involved going to a competitor for an adjustment, then sending the frames back to the factory when that didn't work, and then finally exchanging them for an entirely different set of frames. They also allowed me to make a change to the lenses at this point, so this required the glasses to be completely remade. Through all of it customer support was helpful, professional, and responsive; and even though multiple support representatives worked on my case over the months it took to get resolved, I never had to explain anything twice or get someone up to speed. They provided assistance in picking out a set of replacement frames when that became necessary and ensured I was getting something that would meet all my requirements. There was no additional charge for any of this, even though it involved a considerable amount of work on their end. In all this was one of the best customer support experiences I've ever had.

This was my second order from SportRx. I'm pretty picky on what I like and don't like, and with Ty's help I was able to get the perfect set of rx sunglasses. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

SportRX did a GREAT job with my sunglasses. I really prefer to have wrap around glasses that protect my eyes from the sun, and these guys are the only ones who can make them for me with my prescription. I'm so glad I found this company years ago. Any time I'm asked about my glasses, I send my friends to your website. Thanks again for doing what you do!
