SportRxReviews of sportrx.com

Team was very helpful in making adjustments needed when I had issues with the initial lenses, they quickly identified the issue and had a them remade and sent out right away, they were very friendly and quick to respond, thank you for the great experience and I am loving my sunglasses a lot now!

I recently had to get glasses for the first time, and it was a challenge to find a pair of sunglasses that worked well for me. I can admit I was not the easiest customer to work with because of my vision needs, but he was patient, presented several options and suggestions and when an option didn’t work, returning was easy and he continued to work to find me the right pair. I now have the perfect set of glasses and I am very thankful the experience. I will be back for my next pair!

I ordered Smith I/O goggles with prescription insert. The team was super helpful, but when the goggles arrived they were not right. Lots of internal reflection between the insert and the goggle lens. I sent them back, and they worked tirelessly to get it right, switched goggles, changed the inserts, and had them rushed back to me in time for a big trip. They stood by their product and did right by the customer - 100%. Very few in store, let alone online, experiences have customer service this good.

I ordered snow goggles with RX and while they were great, they really didn’t match with my snowboarding helmet. I reached out and was impressed by the level of attention and support I have gotten. Sportrx shipped me goggles in another color with overnight shipping for free (i was on a tight schedule before my mountain trip), kept constant communication about the order and were very prompt in solving this for me!

Wow, amazing customer service from beginning to end. Such a good quality product SportRx makes. The google insert fit perfectly into the googles with no issues. Unfortunately my son wasn’t able to make it work. Customer service had solutions to make it right. I am 100% satisfied with how my issues were resolved. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service. I needed a repair for my prescription Spy sunglasses. Repaired on the spot and super friendly staff

This is one of the most professional friendly quality companies I have ever dealt with. They promised when I first spoke to them and expressed concerns about trying to order prescription glasses on line that if there were any problems and I was not happy, they would take the glasses back and refund 100% of my money. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened with both my regular glasses and prescription sunglasses.....and they did exactly what they said they would do. They took back the glasses and refunded 100% of my money. I had an unusual set of issues with my eyes that was part of the problem and I would not hesitate one iota in recommending anyone use SportRX for their glasses. Great company and products!

This is my second purchase from SportRx...Rx sunglass (Smith) replacement for a pair I lost in October. SportRx website is one of the best I have ever seen in terms of an individual being able to place a highly customized order for specific needs and unassisted. On this pair of sunglasses, I tried a different lens material. Upon receipt, I found the new lens material didn't provide the clarity I was looking for...in fact, the glasses hurt my eyes immediately and caused an instant headache. I thought dealing with this would also cause a headache...but I was SHOCKED at SportsRx and Oscar's handling of my issue. I simply replied to my order confirmation asking what options I had if I wasn't sure about the prescription match and new sunglasses. With a few hours, I received an email from Oscar saying they'd looked at my previous order and had a few ideas about what the issue might be. They were confident the Rx was correct and the same as my previous order, but the only thing that had changed was the lens material. Within a few minutes, I had a prepaid return label. Sent the sunglasses back to SportRx. Had a follow-up within a few days again from Oscar saying everything looked good on the sunglasses as far as Rx...and they recommended the upgraded lens. They provided a payment link to pay the upcharge...and within a few weeks, I had the sunglasses back and they are amazing. Can't recommend highly enough. It is hard to find old fashioned service like this today. I'll never buy glasses anywhere else.
