SportRX has done it again! :-) I just received my new Wiley-X Valor RX Safety Sunglasses! From placing the order to receiving, their customer service is superb!!! They are friendly, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Everyone I talk to, every time!! This is my 3rd pair in 7 years and I will keep coming back. 100%!!! Ordered on 5/4 and received 5/17.

I had a wonderful experience ordering my prescription sunglasses through SportRX. My first pair was shipped and arrived promptly, but the frame I chose was far to small and the sunglasses wouldn't fit on my head. I contacted support, and Phillip quickly got me a return label for the pair that was to small and sent me a list of similar styles from the same manufacture that were bigger. I shipped the old pair back, and chose a new pair that they had put into production before they even received the old pair back. The replacements arrived very quickly, and fit perfectly. Five star service from SportRX.

Wonderful customer service and timely delivery. I bought the Sleek design for wearing under motorcycle helmet and have worn a few times now. They work great at keeping my eyes from watering which has plagued me for years. Crystal clear prescription as well. My only complaint is that the lenses tend to fog up at times when stopped or riding in slow traffic, even with the anti-fog solution applied to the lenses. I have tried adjusting the glasses on my head slightly to let a tiny bit of air in and it seems to do the trick. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and experience with SportRx.

I needed a pair of prescription glasses and initially purchased from SafetyGearPro.. Long story short, i never received my glasses from SafteyGearPro and never received a refund.. They ripped me off.. In the process of writing a formal complaint about SafetyGearPro to the Better Business Bureau I learned about Sport RX from a review. I placed my order with SportRX for the same glasses i ordered from SafetyGearPro. I received my glasses from SportRX within 7 business days and the prescription was spot on. In the package i also received a card stating if i was not 100% happy i could return them postage free for a 100% refund.. SportRX exceeded my expectation, they have fantastic Customer service and i defiantly will be buying more glasses from SportRX

I ordered a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses from SportRx based on their good reviews and best price. Throughout the process, I also learned about their exemplary customer service as they remade my lenses for me twice - no questions asked - for what turned out to be a needed change in the prescription I had been given from my optometrist 3000 miles away. The professional staff kept in touch with me throughout and were always prompt in their response, communication, and delivery of the product. I will definitely be ordering from SportRx again and would encourage anyone to also do so.

I had a troublesome progressive prescription and SportRX was persistent in getting it right. They had to make several attempts at the lenses and kept trying until they got it exact. They never tried to send me something that wasn't completely correct, and I was kept informed the entire time. SportRX is not the cheap solution, but if you want top quality lenses, they're the choice.
