I was informed that my prescription goggles would take 2 weeks to be made and delivered. After 2 weeks support kept putting it off day after day until it was 3 weeks since making the order and a manager took over on handling the case. The goggles never didn’t arrive on time for my ski trip thanks to their delay. If they had escalated the case sooner instead of saying it would be ready tomorrow everyday for a week it would have helped a lot. Unfortunate support let the team down. 2/5 stars as the UI of the site is good and some support agents were helpful with generic information. Otherwise would recommend going elsewhere if you are within a time constraint and need the company to deliver as promised.

Bought a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses which were priced at $620. I bought a second pair with precisely the same prescription digital lens, coatings and frames etc. through the military exchange for $323. Not even close. In fairness they were very helpful but for double the price....
