This isn't my 1st experience with mail-order prescription glasses but this was my best. Not only were the glasses great with accurate vision, but the whole experience with customer service and the technicians was a pleasure. Any questions or problems that arose were quickly resolved and the result was a pair of sunglasses that arrived in time for my cycling vacation that were a perfect fit and accurate vision.

Top notch. I called them to see how long orders take. At the time I was leaving for a snowboarding trip in 3 weeks. Now I'm down to 5 days. They told me about 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping seemed more of a concern as that could be another 5 days. They suggested I order over the phone as ordering online can be delayed 24 to 48 hours. So she transferred me to a optometrist who took my info, walked me through my options for my Flight deck goggles, and got my order going as fast as possible. I paid extra for overnight delivery and it was worth it. Right on time. My order shipped yesterday and arrived today. I popped them in my oakley flight decks, looked at the time on my stove from a distance in all its blurry glory. Dropped my snowboarding goggles over my face and boom. Clear as day with my sport rx inserts. Will definitely be a repeat customer when my script changes.

The experience I've had with SportRX after multiple orders has been absolutely incredible! I will be only using them for prescription glasses and sunglasses moving forward. I've tried getting prescription lenses done at Costco, Lenscrafters, Europtics, you name it and they have consistently provided either poor product, delivery, quality, or worse yet - customer service. SportRX on the other hand consistently has the best products, quality of lenses, delivery timing, and some of the absolute BEST customer support of ANY brand (not just lens makers). The refund process is simple and easy, the customer support is lightning fast, and the product quality at the end of the day is unbeatable. I HIGHLY recommend using SportRX

I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses with SportRX progressive transition lenses. I used the measurements my optician provided to me but the prescription wasn't right. The customer service folks at SportRX worked with me through two return/re-tries being incredibly helpful and diligent until we got the prescription correct. Can't say enough good things about this company they stand behind their guarantee.
