La Sportiva retailers are beholden to the brand's processes, forcing you to deal with them, rather than where you made your original purchase. Unfortunately, when you try to contact them, they don't respond, and the only method to get in touch is via an online form. Beyond the bad customer experience, their shoes are poor quality. Outdoor gear shouldn't fray or scuff at the rate La Sportiva's products do. Don't waste your money.

Also kam die Ware zurück.
