Appalling quality and appalling customer service. I would never purchase a La Sportiva product again. Once bitten, twice shy!

They sent my boots with the incorrect paperwork so Fedex wouldn't process them through customs...that took a week to sort out. Two weeks down the line and they were still not delivered. The customer service is appallingly bad. I am still waiting for a refund and the boots are somewhere in their stupid system or still with Fedex. Don't buy from their website is my advice.

I bought a pair of Sportiva walking boots a little over one year ago, they are falling apart, I contacted Sportiva and they basically said, " tough luck" they are out of warranty 🤷‍♀️

I have not tested any product, but just wanted to comment on the archaic order system: once you have placed your order, you cannot cancel it yourself and have to go through the entire hassle of delivery and return. It's not the most convene one.

Ich schätze die Produkte von La Sportiva seit Jahren sehr, aber der Kundenservice bzw. die Abwicklung von Retouren über den Abwicklungspartner ESW ist extrem enttäuschend und verlangt dem Kunden viel Geduld und Zeit ab. Nach einer Rücksendung (Ware ging nachweislich Anfang Juli 2026 im Lager ein) habe ich über einen Monat lang auf meine Rückerstattung von 325,00 € gewartet. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support wurde ich über Wochen hinweg mit automatisierten Textbausteinen und immer wieder neuen Fristversprechungen hingehalten. Die intern in den AGB verankerte Rückzahlungsfrist von maximal 14 Tagen nach Lagereingang wurde deutlich überschritten. Erst als ich nach lückenloser Dokumentation des Sendungsverlaufs eine finale Fristsetzung mit der Ankündigung eines Käuferschutzfalls und der Einschaltung des Europäischen Verbraucherzentrums eingereicht habe, wurde das Geld schließlich über PayPal erstattet. Mein Fazit: Wer hier bestellt, sollte hoffen, dass die Ware passt und behalten wird. Tritt ein Retouren- oder Supportfall ein, wird man in einer zeitraubenden Schleife aus wechselnden Ansprechpartnern und Ausreden gefangen. Hier muss im Sinne der Kundenzufriedenheit dringend an der Prozessgeschwindigkeit und Transparenz nachgearbeitet werden! Bestellnummer (2000102435)

Aufgrund schlechtem Halt im TX2 Evo W - Zustiegsschuhe - Damen habe ich eine Schleimbeutel Entzündung am Vorfuß bekommen. Der Schuh an sich passt, aber eine harte Sohle und ein Schuh der ist wie eine Socke bietet null Stabilität. Mir wurde der Schuh leider im Sportfachgeschäft empfohlen. Noch nie so eine schlechte Erfahrung mit Bergschuhen gemacht wie mit La Sportiva. Billigstes Material, null durchdacht. Einfach nur ärgerlich, für so eine minderwertige Ware so viel Geld bezahlt zu haben und nun auch noch einen schmerzenden Fuß und wochenlange Sportpause. Ich werde nie mehr wieder etwas von dieser Marke kaufen!

Pessimo scarpone da montagna. Sempre fatto male il piede e dopo poco tempo si è perfino deformato. Tutto questo dopo averlo pagato oltre 200 €. Sconsigliatissimo.

The shoes look to be good quality but was sized wrong at the store. I took it out for a mile walk and got blisters. They don’t take returns or accept any responsibility for the problem. They sell me a $60 insole and the blisters have been replaced with a bloody foot! REI would have taken them back and made things right. Even if you love the brand, buy it from a reseller. They’re an awful company!
