Please be cautious if buying from La Sportiva and I wouldn't recommend it. My experience of their customer service has matched these negative reviews and been pretty poor. A parcel got lost in transit for return after following their instructions for drop off. They are refusing to accept any responsibility in this despite the link they provided sending us to the wrong drop off location. We are organising for it to be found with DHL but if found la Sportiva have refused to accept back anyway. I sent it 4 days after the order so within the period but the delay in them getting to them which is a fault of the delivery company means Sportiva are refusing to refund. They are refusing to even acknowledge or deal with my complaint.

ce site est une ARNAQUE. 90 € de perdu ! c'est un site chinois, J'ai reçu un message comme quoi mon colis avait été envoyé avec un numéro de suivi, puis après soit disant livré. Après réclamation à la poste, il m'ont indiqué qu'il y avait déjà 5 plaintes sur ce numéro de suivi. Il y a bien un vrai colis livré avec ce numéro, mais qui n'a rien a voir avec ces commandes, De plus le site Sportiva France n'est plus accessible, maintenant c'est Sportiva US, Bien vu l'arnaque !

Acquisto scarpe La Sportiva da anni (trekking / trail running). Mi sono sempre trovato bene con il modello Bushido, per cambiare quest'anno ho scelto Prodigio (maggiore ammortizzazione). Negli anni i prezzi sono aumentati, come per tutto, in genere attendo le offerte cercando anche da rivenditori terzi. Sulla qualità dei prodotti, nulla da dire, appunto da anni per trekking/trail è il mio marchio di fiducia.

I had a shoe for a month. Used it for 8 hours total and a bit of rubber on the toe came loose. When I peeled the rubber back, there was a void behind it (a clear defect). When I contacted customer service they kept pushing the agenda of getting the shoe re soled and that the shoe showed high wear. Appalling really that your own customer service is saying after 8 hours of climbing per re soling is normal. They also said this falls outside my warranty (lies). Do not buy from La Sportiva. I forked out 150 euro for 8 hours of climbing and now they want 44 euro to resole. NOT A HOPE. DO NOT BUY

I had my La Sportiva footwear for 11 months when they started to split towards the inside front. I messaged customer support but had no response other than them signing me up to their newsletter. Absolutely not worth the money. Customer support is none existent and the quality of the product is poor. Pictures are available, but there is no option to upload them.

Customer service is poor and they make returning something really difficult

Ich habe für ein Paar La Sportiva Bushido III , Alter 9 Monate, wenig getragen, zwei Anfragen zu neuen Schnürsenkeln gestellt. In den Schuhen sind farbige Schnürsenkel, die jetzt an mehreren Stellen drohen, zu zerreißen. Normale Schnürsenkel sehen einfach total langweilig aus. Die Fa. La Sportiva hat auf keiner meiner Anfragen bis jetzt geantwortet. ( 2 Monate )

Wanderschuh Damen TXs GTX bestellt und geht direkt zurück. Die Verarbeitung ist absolut minderwertig. Niemals das Geld wert.
