Size charts are not right, way too small. The return fees are insane, 26€ for a pair of shoes, definitely not buying anything again. I’m tracking the return and the received the package the 7th and I still haven’t seen any return on my account. I wrote a couple of emails but no response. Aweful customer service 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I’ve got this summer more precisely five months ago a pair of Equilibrium hiking boots. After climbing three times Ben Nevis and three times in the Transylvanian Mountains I had to dump his model as they are completely trash. The sole it’s worn off, the heel was giving me so much pain so I had to add a silicone pad to the inner sole, the foot support it’s the worst on any hiking boots I’ve ever had, the toe box will literally destroy your toes and, despite that I always make sure that never use the same pair of socks twice with them they developed a strange rubber smell. Never had such problem with any of the boots I had and thanks God I ‘own quite few pairs along the time. Poor stability when hiking downhill as the lacing system it’s far too stretchy. The sole it’s very sticky when new and surprisingly grippy but when worn out it becomes dangerous due to the fact that it gets filled with mud and when stepping on the rock it will become very slippery. I’ve suffered several injuries when hiking downhill due to the low adherence of the boot’s sole. I will never recommend this model due to the excessive high price and low life expectancy. The only positive aspect I can find about this model it’s that they are very sexy for a hiking boot.

Do not buy climbing shoes from La Sportiva. The rubber from my Tarantulaces fall apart after only a few uses. La Sportiva put me in touch with an official UK resoller who informed me that it's very common for this to happen as "they are made in the far east, not Italy, using cheap rubber that doesn't stick well". They also refuse to touch them due to the cheap rubber being "too toxic". For those wondering, I tried getting this resolved with customer service who were pleasant until they got the information out of me as to which of their resollers spilled the beans. They have now cut all communication. Think twice before purchasing anything from a company like this.

Don't trust their "manufacturer warranty" Poor quality and no durability. Bought a pair of boots and the mesh broke within 10 days. Simply rejected the manufacturer warranty saying "there is no manufacturer fault".
