What a great experience I just had
What a great experience I just had. I had a redemption that showed a glitch in the system and then kicked it back to pending i was so worried as i was going to have to wait now the 3 bussines days too receive it and that at the latest made it the middle of next week. Well Moritz took care of the problem and I received my redemption. Unlike all the other SC i have played with this one has people that want to take care of you and want thier players to return i will be using them only now I will also be pushing all the people I play with over their way too.

signed up today
signed up today, bought a package today. made it to redemption threshold and decided to get verified. it wont let me verify. it wont let me upload the very simple jpg pic of my ID (im in a valid state) nor will it let me upload a clear, acceptable proof of address (ive done all this countless times with other casinos, never a problem). i tried talking to their chat and surprise surprise, no response after 20 minutes. i attached all of my documents in the chat. no email, no ticket, nothing. so, i decided to keep gambling like they want me to. im at $130 and i up my spins and play a game i know has good bonus return and sure as day i hit a good one and as you would predict, my game randomly shuts off, disconnection error. so im at $130, im about to be up like viagra and it takes me to the black loading screen. i refresh, get back and now i'm at $80. so i lost money on my bonus when i started it with $130. hmmmmmm

Hey there, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. After looking into your situation, it seems that your account was successfully verified shortly after you posted this review. Our aim is to deliver a smooth experience to all of our players, and now you're all set to spin, win and redeem as you wish. Regarding the game disconnect - we understand how frustrating that must have been, especially during a bonus round. Technical hiccups can happen, but game outcomes are determined by RNG the moment you spin, so the disconnect itself wouldn't have changed the result. If you believe there was an error with your balance, please reach out to [email protected] with your game details and we'll investigate it right away. All the best, The Splash Coins Team

I had the pleasure of being helped by…Moritz
I had the pleasure of being helped by Moritz at Splash Coins Casino, and he absolutely deserves recognition. I was having a really rough day and struggling to get my account set up, but Moritz was patient, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly. What stood out most was how genuine and understanding he was—it wasn’t just great customer service; it was simple human kindness at a time I really needed it. More people in customer support should be like him. His professionalism and compassion truly made a difference, and I’ll always remember that. Thank you, Moritz, for turning a difficult day into a reminder that kindness still exists. —Crystal

Made a believer outta this guy! 💯
I stumbled upon these guys on accident and took advantage of their welcome bonus offer. I started playing and I immediately started winning. In fact I was winning so much so fast I started to question if this was even a legit website. I mean I had never before hit as much as fast as I did so I convinced myself it couldn't be real and came on here and started talking s***. Well much to my amazement not more than 24 hours later in my account were my winnings. 😳 What an amazing feeling knowing that you CAN actually still win these days. Splash Coins you guys have a loyal player for as long as you're around. And thank you for not being fraudulent. Lol

Horrible
Horrible. Over the weekend in have spent over $100 and even if you buy a $10.00 bonus you will win 1.50 maybe a few dollars more. If the game you like to win is in the "tournament" you will win conderably lesser. Just like allthe other reviews say. Games dont win. Its so disappointing. They will not get one more penny from me. I have screen records of how they throw you out the game. I will be asking for my account to be permanently deleted. Its no fun when you are playing and can not get a decent win on a bonus.
Response from Splash CoinsNov 3, 2025
Hey Kia, We're sorry to hear about your experience. Unlucky streaks are never fun, especially when you're not seeing the wins you hoped for. We can look into your situation further and see how we can help. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we'll take it from there 🙌 It's important to note that all our games use certified RNG technology, which means outcomes are 100% random. Tournament games operate the same way as regular play - you can gain Tournament Points playing all slot games (not just specific ones) and winning odds are never impacted. Our players sometimes hit big wins, and sometimes come up short. It all depends on the spin's fortune. We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback, The Splash Coins Team
