When I initially opened my account had a small issue I was contacting support about. It took awhile for them to get back to me, and I automatically assumed it was guns be a tough road. Well, Tony from support answered my ticket and promptly squared me away without any issue. When I came to verification, once again thought there would be issue, however Tony was once again on the case and swiftly pushed through, thanks Tony you were amazing. Then it was redemption time, I put in for my redeem, it was accepted and started processing instantly, that was 850 this morning, I knew it would probably take a day. At mid night I opened support to get a general time frame on it, and before Robert could even answer my question I got the Skill notification my deposit came in. Thanks Robert amazing job, I appreciate y'all's hard work making sure I was taken care of. I'll definitely be making my main casino for large plays and deposits. Splash coin is the best I've dealt with so far, and I been doing this awhile. Keep up the great work!

Roy totally looked out for me, as I was getting a continuous error message every time I attempted to verify my account (which, in retrospect was probably entirely my fault bc I was trying to use my cashapp account & didn't realize Splash Coins doesn't accept prepaid accounts). Regardless, at the time, I didn't know this. I had contacted customer support earlier in the day and was just advised to clear my browsing data, try a different device, try different browser, etc. So after doing all those things, and still having no luck, this evening right when I was about to give up and move on, I decided to give it one last shot with customer support. And I'm glad I did! I was connected with Roy and he was extremely kind and patient with me and did everything he could to make sure that my account was verified before our chat was over! He pushed it through quickly and totally turned my frustrating experience into a joyous one! If it wasn't for roy, I would have given up and moved on to another site. And grateful for all of Roy's help and for finding a way to make sure that I had a positive experience, no matter what. I told him he had good karma coming his way 😁 Thank you again Roy! You went above & beyond any expectations i could have had!
