I’m gonna give them five stars for now. It was a little rough trying to get verified but once I got a hold of support it didn’t take but a min to verify. Cashed out and I will update if I get paid or when I get paid.

Scam site run by clowns
Update: the VIP system still isn’t operational.i contacted both the supposed vip manager and the customer support agents via live chat and they don’t respond. It’s very strange. For one day the system was operational and showed your level and progress towards the next level. I don’t understand why they launched the program and than pulled it and are now claiming it’s working despite it not lol. This is a sister site to gold rush city and if you look at there reviews they run a scam casino as well. Avoid these 2 companies. Something strange is going on here -wise man has spoken-

Absolute scam!
Absolute scam! My spouse & I played here. Redemption will work a couple of times and never again, banks won’t connect through their redemption system. Total scammers. You will wait forever for help/replies, steer clear ! Not reputable!

Avoid at all costs!!
Edit: Support reached out to me later this night and got my documents verified through email and offered to fast track my redemption. Received 750$ to my skrill account the next morning. Support was very kind and helpful. After a rough start I am updating to 5 stars due to support working so fast and making sure I was happy and received my redemption as soon as possible. Bought a package for 250$ and won 750$ went to verify account and the document upload section is completely greyed out. Cannot upload ID or address verification so I cannot redeem my winnings. Tried to contact support and what do you know I got no response besides a bot saying that nobody is available. Do not put your money into this casino! Will update if anything changes.
