Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor. They are impossible to get a hold of and when it comes to your money they don't know anything about it. I find it very frustrating to get a hold of anybody because they're always offline and nobody's ever around to answer your messages. I am trying to redeem my winnings and it's been over a week and now that they processed my winnings my bank account numbers seem wrong on the receipt they sent me so I'm trying to fix that and now nobody is around to talk to. Very frustrating being that I have a time limit before I go back to work?

Good luck with redemption if you win
If you like waiting around for your payout and getting the run around play here. I redeemed on 5/21 and still waiting around to see my money while others on here redeemed one day and got paid the next day from what I saw on a previous review here and another redeemed 5/23 and also updated his review to say he got paid,but nothing for me and I keep getting told system is broke but yet others redeeming after me already have their redemptions so I'm confused.

DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!!! I won 400$ and they have excuse after excuse on why it’s taking so long to process the redemption!! This won’t be the only review I’m leaving, and will be reporting this site. I have been waiting since MAY 13th and it’s the 29th!! Total scammers!!!

I opened an account on May 21 and won…
I opened an account on May 21 and won some money. After trying to redeem my money, they said I had to many accounts, but I played on my phone and tablet with the same email It's been over a week and my redemption is still pending. Customer service keeps saying the same thing it will be approved soon? My point is it didn't take over 7 days to collect my money, so why is taking over 7 days to give me my winnings?

Suddenly they're not able to process…
Suddenly they're not able to process redemptions? The 3 day process time was already pushing it. Now they're saying that they can't process your redemption at all. I updated my review and I revoke my recommendation. Stear clear of this site.
