Robert from the Live Chat was amazing
Robert from the Live Chat was amazing! I had a redemption request that was still pending after 2 weeks. I asked the “live chat” about it. I had my deposit in my Skrill account within 2 minutes! Wow! That is amazing customer service!! I highly recommend Splash Coins Casino!

I don't usually give reviews but…
I don't usually give reviews but this one deserves it. Took a chance and made an account with this newer online casino. Purchased a welcome package for $8.99 and very quickly hit $100, which is the minimum redemption amount. Before wasting any more of my time I wanted to redeem to see if it actually pays out. I chose Skrill as my payout method. It states approval can take 1-3 business days. I waited my three business days and hadn't had an approval yet so I contacted customer service via the live chat option. Vincent told me about the 1-3 day process and I let him know it had been three days, within just few seconds the $100 was in my Skrill account. Top tier customer service. Such a fun platform so far.

Lots of great games
Lots of great games. Fair rtp, but a little slow on verifying and paying redemption request. The system does have some small lag, which is noticeable with a super fast internet speed of windstream. My redemption had been pending for 7 days, but customer support chat was great and it was deposited into my skrill instantly, before I was done with chat. I think this site is still working on done things, but so far, they seem to be getting on top of things and fixing the issues. Thanks.
