Skeptic in the Land
I was skeptical at first not gonna lie because the live chat be the same person every time lbvs. I cashed out 100.00 not a lot but more than I had at the time 😊 but when I contacted them today the money was in my account in secs no fabrication at all I was like I'm checking on my redemption and he was like one moment and boom got a skrill notification the money was there. I will be playing on this site for the foreseeable future

No redemption allowed just a refund of purchase
UPDATED On June 1, I made a deposit $4.99 to gain $15. I played on the platform for about an hour and a half and then try to redeem my $56.24 winnings and was told I was restricted because of my location I contacted the live chat and was told that they could refund my $4.99 to me not $56.24. This is ridiculous. The platform should’ve never accepted my money and allowed me to play just to restrict me and tell me will give you your $4.99 back. UPDATED After seeing the response , I’m even more frustrated. Nothing on complaint was addressed or changed. I am still unable to play and redeem. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADDRESS MY LOCATION RESTRICTION. Upon sign up I uploaded my drivers license, deposited, and played for 1 hour straight. When I attempted redemption. Everything locked on me. I can’t redeem anything. Customer service advised me that they could only refund my deposit and not any of the winnings.

Hey Branden, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sad to hear you had a less than stellar experience at Splash Coins. It's always important for us to not only meet our players' expectations, but exceed them. From a thorough review of your situation, it seems that your request for redemption wasn't facilitated due to it not fully complying with our Terms & Conditions. Put in 200 and won 311
Put in 200 and won 311. Been waiting over 2 weeks for redemption and their customer service just says "We are not available at this time". Contacted them once and they said nothing is wrong and itll come at some point. Still every dollar is in the account still and no one will answer anymore. Don't trust them at all

Hey Jonathan, After looking into your situation - it seems that both of your redemption requests were successfully approved, processed and sent your way, the first one towards the end of May and the newer one today 💫 You deserve to enjoy your rewards in a speedy manner, and we are committed to making your every lucky spin count. Fellow readers and players highly appreciate relevant feedback, just as you would. Please feel free to update your review to reflect the positive final outcome. Big congrats on your win, The Splash Coins Team
