Absolute terrible redemption time and customer service
Absolute terrible redemption time, I have had redemptions processing for Multiple days. The staff constantly gives you the run around. "oh check with the VIP team" completely understand your frustration. At the moment, we still haven’t received an update from the team regarding your pending redemption. Rest assured, we’re keeping an eye on it and will get back to you as soon as we receive any further information. Thank you again for your patience and understanding" is all the VIP will say. They said theyd have my redemption processed two days ago and it still has not gone through. update: they processed one of my redemptions finally after multiple days. Thanks to Mortiz who actual got things done while my VIP seems to not be doing anything, I will update my review when the other two process.

so i did need to contact them...
so i did need to contact chat about my redemption but after getting past the ai agent and speaking to a real human the transfer was instant.

I recently signed up on this platform…
Edit: I RECEIVED MY WINNINGS THE VERY NEXT MORNING... I recently signed up on this platform and was given a generous welcome purchase offer. I like the games on this site and I won a decent amount which I submitted to redeem. However it's been 3 days and I keep getting the same generic answer about where my redemption is. It shouldn't take this long for a redemption to be reviewed and processed. Where are my winnings?!?
