Our Rascal mobility scooter arrived in 2 days and in good shape. So far he loves it. Batteries were charged. Easily rolls on grass like we wanted. Will give him much more freedom. Great delivery updates from seller and fast delivery (2 days!).

I ordered a seat cushion cover on April 1st and never heard anything else from you besides the original order confirmation. After two weeks, I called today, and a nice lady told me that the order had been back-ordered and that Spinlife will hopefully receive it tomorrow and only then ship it to me. I just wish you could have told me right after I ordered it that it was back-ordered and would take so long.

We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication regarding the delay in shipping your order. This is not how we strive to run our business, and we understand how important timely updates are to our customers. We’re glad to see that you have now received your order, and we truly appreciate your patience.
