Tried asking instant question on color…
Tried asking instant question on color availability and still haven’t gotten response except on shipping date , now that I ordered. May have chosen different color, now that I know it’s a stock issue.

Exceptional Service
I was making an inquiry about a certain mattress manufactured by Drive. I went on the SpinLife website and saw several to choose from and decided to look into the Gravity 7, 8 and 9 series. Except for what was written, I really had no idea how these mattresses performed. The representative Ms. Jaime Greer who assisted me was very knowledgeable and patient in giving me the information I needed as well as answering my questions and made the purchase quite an easy experience. I would recommend SpinLife to anyone looking for medical needs for themselves or their loved ones; in fact, hopefully they are still around when it comes time for me to need their services.

The Spin Life affordable scooter enables me to live and love today.
I’m looking forward to my new scooter. Spin Life has an excellent customer service team. Having a scooter gives me independence as I’m almost 86 and I don’t drive a car anymore. With the scooter I can live independently. This Go Go scooter is a necessity for me and I’m grateful to Spin Life for their ability to offer me one at a low price with an affordable payment plan.

I called and canceled the order in time…
I called and canceled the order in time because insurance company declined to pay. I was given cancellation number for canceling my order. Your equipment showed up at my house and left outside my door but I don’t want it. I want return label to send it back and I want my full refund back into my credit card.
