Prompt customer service
I recently ordered a new cushion cover and the initial ship date was June 22nd. I called and spoke to Tanucca (I'm sure I didn't spell her name correctly) and asked if she could find a way to get it sooner, since I will be traveling soon. Not only did she do that but I just received the cushion cover today June, 7th. A thousand thank you's to Tanucca.

Great Chair
The chair was delivered sooner than I expected, which is a good thing. The chair is very comfortable and I really like that it will recline so that my legs are elevated higher than my heart.
