Joe Jeffrey is a great asset to your company.
I've dealt with Joe Jeffrey numerous times and he is always informative, considerate and helpful. One time I dealt with someone else (can't remember who he was) who was a smart alex who really made me not want to deal with the company again While I was trying to figure out what to do about my situation, he cut me off and acted like I had no mind at all. If I ever had to deal with someone like him, I would never have called again. As long as Joe is there, I will continue to deal with SpinLife. Joe is a great asset to your company.

Purchase was fast support slow!
The purchase process for my scooters was fast and completed well. But replacements for my Raptor scooter which included a front wheel and a right rear tail light. That is still ongoing after over a month and nobody seems to care. It would be nice if spinlife did a better job of supporting the customer after the purchase. Thanks
