I'm surprised by a lot of the negative reviews. I've had to deal with spider farmer customer support twice since being a customer for about 5 years now. On both occasions they replied quickly and did not hesitate to send me a new parts after proving there was a fault with a video. I hope they keep up this great customer support and if so I will remain a customer because the products themself work great too!

Fantastic service and quality equipment.

I would give them a negative rating if I could. Ordered a sf2000 the box came crushed to start. It had to of been a refurbished light they were selling as new as there was no protective shipping materials,no Manuel,no stickers,no daisy chain cord,no hangers and the power cord had no bubble wrap to protect it in shipping. The box was dented into the board and leds. No way in hell will I ever buy another product from spider farmer

Order and paid for my grow ten kit and only received a tracking number that shows only label was created and carrier is waiting for package from Spider Farmer( contacted Fedex and confirmed). It is now Day4 of payment and order info./receipt and no updates on shipping except for label creation and reached out to customer service and received this response … “Normally it will take around 3-8 business days for the item to be delivered, please kindly wait patiently and we wish you will receive it soon. If you have any further questions in the future, please feel free to contact us any time and we will be happy to assist you. Have a nice day! Kind Regards,” Luckily I paid via PayPal and will be opening up a dispute/fraud case if I do not see any updates by tomorrow. Just wanted everyone to be aware and wish I read these reviews before purchasing …will update this review if anything updates/changes. Please read these experiences!!

Good equipment, fair prices. I had a small issue, but they took care of it after I provided some documentation. Customer service got the job done in the end. Satisfied after almost two years of doing business with them.

Very very great product, customer service got back to me very quickly as well as being very responsive and polite. Definitely recommend stopping by their website and checking out all their great equipment for first time growers!!! I will be getting more stuff soon!!!

My experience with SpiderFarmer was great. I did sign up then ordered on their website, and my SF1000 came with the dimmer as advertised. I did have questions about the warranty, and when they came back after the weekend off, we exchanged emails a couple times back and forth the same day, everything was made clear and resolved. My SF1000 package came a day earlier and no transport damage (I live on the east coast). Everything was brand new and came with all the hookup gear, the manual and the sheet of decal stickers, and all were crisp and cleanly packaged. All the diodes work and very bright! I’m just growing fruits and vegetables so if I do consider adding more light, I am confident SpiderFarmer will continue to be 110%.
