Spider FarmerReviews of spider-farmer.com

Ordered a sf1000 light. Was pictured with a dimmer. Light came no dimmer. Spider farmer said that model does not come with one but it was pictured with one i told them. They stopped responding. Fk spiderfarmer. Buy else where with a company that has a ph number.

Order was was converted to euro for european customers, customer support was very nice and answered quickly delivery was rather quick with clear track and trace but i would rather have another delivery company because they aren’t carful with the package luckily nothing was broken instalation was done in a hour but could be done in less everything works as expected quality was very good too

SpiderFarmer SE7000-So I had a dimmer issue, talked with the company through email, took a few pictures and within 10 days (we live off the beaten path) I had a replacement driver at no cost to me. They came through on their end with no hastle at all.100% satisfied with the light and the company.I will continue to use them for my lighting needs.Everything grown under the lights so far has been dank as well! Not a single varietal has had any issues, and I run a lot of different gear. This was not a paid review!Just a 100% happy customer :)! -HFM

Bought the the se7000 spider farmer light my grow looks the best it has ever looked with this full spectrum spider farmer light the customer service have been amazing thanks spiderfarmer

Not even two grows with the SF7000 and it’s flickering. The driver is making a clicking sound. I emailed yesterday got a reply at 3am. You can’t get anyone on the phone. I’ve sent a few messages on messenger no reply but they’re automated bs response. Now my plants sit in the dark for who knows how long. I purchased this light May 7,2021. I sent a picture of the receipt from PayPal (they can’t find my order number). I sent video of the light flickering. For a company who boasts 24/7 support they are lacking big time. At this point I would like a refund so I don’t have to go through this again and lose another grow.

I purchased the 4" grow kit. The fan did not work out of the box. I attempted to contact customer service without any luck. No chat or call back options. I purchased the product from Amazon and am returning it. A company that doesn't back their products with ANY type of support is not a company for me.

Had issues with a light not working after a year of use. Warranty was hassle free and they shipped a new light without question. Even though the light was damaged in shipping they were right on top of it and sent another replacement out without hassle again. Amazing company. Will be buying all grow supplies from them in the future.

If I could give a Minus 5 rating, I would. With 50+ years of experience, I can safely state that this is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I unloaded on this individual, “Cola”, and the company Spider Farmer, on every social media platform and I’ve only begun to purge this experience from my system. It will be my focus in life for the next several months to exact as much pain on them that they purposely “sold” me. I will never buy from them AGAIN!!
