I have a Spider Farmer tent, inline fan, 2x SF1000, and a SF4000 and have been very happy with all the products. Shipping was fast and customer service was available to help if needed.

Great company. Order a sf5000 which came very quickly in nice, safe packaging. Light works great. Recently the company made a loyalty program and were offering t shirts with their orders. I emailed them and they gave me points for my purchase and are sending a t shirt. Seems like a class act company.

I've always been impressed by the quality of the products that Spider Farmer sells, and it shows through the quality of the plants that I grow. I've never had a reason to contact customer service up until this point--which is a glowing endorsement of their products--but there was an error on my part and I didn't change the shipping address to my new location. I reached out to customer service and they had the issue fixed in less than 24 hours, even though they were technically not on working hours! I can't say enough great things about Spider Farmer :)

I contacted spider farmer about an issue with a product and they were very quick to help. They acknowledge my issue and provided ups shipping tracking right away for my replacement part. I’m very impressed with their support team. They have amazing products, spider farmer is my first choice for led lighting. I recommend to anyone to use a spider framer products.

Exceptional customer service. I had contacted Spider Farmer regarding an issue with the SF4000 light I had purchased through a third-party vendor. Spider Farmer was quick to reply and maintained contact throughout the entire process until the necessary replacement parts arrived. Communication was prompt and very polite. I was sent a tent with holes in it. After I contacted them, I had to send 31 emails trying to get compensation. The customer service was almost nonexistent. They kept sending the same automatic response. My tent was a 4x4, and they asked me to sew it as a repair! I told them I couldn't because of a disability. It didn't matter, the response was the same generated response of a compensation that is an insult. I don't reccomend purchasing anything from them, unless you want a damaged product with a fake return policy. I also tried their warranty claim site, all it did was tell me there was an "error". I put all the correct info in and it just kept telling me error. I don't reccomend buying anything from this company.
