Spider FarmerReviews of spider-farmer.com

The new Spider Farmer grow tents with zipper covers are in a whole new league of their own. Im a 25 year grower WWG- wackersweedgrow on youtube and I have never seen better built or more light proof tents for photoperiod plants. Sometimes, the little things are the key to success. Just a huge shout out to Spider Farmer for getting it right!!

The final test of the quality of a product doesn’t come from when everything goes as expected. It comes from when things don’t go as expected. It comes from the quality of response provided by the company. My product had an issue, I contacted them and they made it right, right away. What more can you ask? Thank you for getting me fixed.

Ordered a humidifier and one other item; they came attached to each other with the humidifier box taped to the larger one. It was a few days before I could test the humidifier so the packaging ended up getting lost, and it turned out the device itself was quite damaged. The side panels are cracked and the tank doesn't sit properly. I reached out to support to hopefully get a replacement and, understandably, they didn't want to replace it without having the original shipping label on hand. That's fine, I get it! I should've been more proactive and tested it right away! That said, when support tried to bribe me with a new humidifier if I submitted a 5 star review, I was, frankly, appalled. I would've preferred they tell me there was nothing they could do. But no. They instead decided to destroy any and all trust I have in this brand by essentially telling me every one of their 5 star reviews could have been (and likely are) the result of bribes. No thanks. Beware of this company.

Terrible customer support. They sent me shelving without assembly instructions. Lights stopped working after two weeks due to faulty power cable. They sent me half a cable (wrong half). No idea why a whole cable wasn’t sent. Without a working light.

I ordered a full kit and had a moment of panic because I received tracking for just one of the two packages that were shipped, and the package I was tracking just had the clip on fan inside. Customer service was extremely quick and got me the other tracking number right after I emailed in; no further issues since then! Setup was easy and pretty fun actually. Fairly basic instructions but not too tough to follow.

These guys were great. My inline fan controller broke and they sent me a new one no questions really asked besides how it broke. I appreciate you guys commitment to serving the customer!

Fuyez fuyez! Sav inexistant. Je vais portez plainte.
