During this time, we prioritized getting outstanding payouts to our sellers and worked diligently to transition our platform to Stripe. Hi Ahmed, thanks for the honest review. As you know, we recently faced a significant disruption with PayPal that forced us to pause operations and rebuild our payment systems from the ground up. During this time we contacted sellers, including you, to make payments through means like Venmo and Western Union. We acknowledge it took longer than anticipated however we had no other means to send out payments in bulk and had to work with the tools we had. As a result, we have been re-platforming to Stripe which is significantly more small business friendly and their account management team has assured us that we should not be facing issues of this scale again. This has been a challenging period for our small team, and we recognize the impact it has had on customers like you. We sincerely apologize for the delays and communication gaps you’ve faced however I want to just confirm that while we did not respond to all of your many escalating emails with expletives, we communicated when we had any updates of note. We understand the frustration this has caused and have tried to make things right. As of now our records show that all sellers with lapse in payment over the past three weeks have been made whole. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to regain your trust as we continue to resolve outstanding issues and rebuild.
