Bought a Airline voucher via Sparefare an paid approx $900 but after two weeks i still did not receive the voucher details and no reaction on my mails. My credit card provifderc only wants to start cancellation/dispute process after 30 days so i can now not book the required tickets because of the possibility sparefare in the end will provide me with the voucher credit. What a mess! Update: All solved in the end.

To whom it may concern, I am reaching out as I've used the contact form multiple times on SpareFare and have not received a response. I sold 3 tickets using the platform for a trip that occurred in mid-November. I have been in contact with the buyer who confirmed that the tickets worked and already went on the trip and have yet to receive my payment. If you need proof or documentation of any kind and I will send it your way, please let me know why the payment is being withheld (and if I need to complete anything on my end), and issue me the amount that was noted on the site promptly. Should I not receive any response from the company by December 9th, 2025 I will: Report SpareFare to consumer protection authorities Leave a public review outlining my experience (on Google, Trustpilot, Instagram, and Reddit pages) Contact my credit card company to report the company I am thoroughly disappointed in the platform and will escalate the situation should it not be resolved in a timely manner. UPDATE: I reached out to Kim, as mentioned by other commenters, and my money finally went through my PayPal!! Shoutout to Kim for having this issue resolved immediately after reaching out to her. Despite my initial experience, I am generally more satisfied than I was earlier. The platform has promise in terms of its services, I think customer service just needs to ensure they respond to those experiencing issues. Jasmine Lardizabal

I guess I should have read the reviews here before selling my voucher on this site. I sold my voucher on Nov 12th, the voucher was used by the buyer on Nov 14th and I have yet to see my payment for it. They state that they have fixed their billing/payment issues and over a week ago received an email requesting more information to update their systems to avoid any payment delay. I did so within an hour of the email. The 10th business day came (Nov 26th) and passed without payment. I have sent an email to Kim as requested in other review responses along with a message sent from their site and neither have garnered a response - so I'm hoping this will spark some action with someone. If you are looking into selling (or even buying) your travel voucher, I would think long and hard about choosing this site. You might get paid, you might not. Use at your own risk. Update: I did receive a payment on 12/3; however, it was for the incorrect amount. I was supposed to receive 444.36 GBP but instead received 444.36 USD, so I was shorted roughly 145.00 USD. I've once again emailed Kim and we'll see if it's corrected. Update #2: Kim responded very quickly this time and apologized for the oversight. I received confirmation from Stipe that the difference is being sent, so I've adjusted my star rating from 1 to 3. The site itself works well and fills a necessary market segment but with the current growing pains in payment processing and absent communication/customer service, it would be difficult for me to recommend them to anyone at this moment. Communication during times like this is essential and likely would have averted many of these issues and complaints.
