I've used SpareFare twice in the past and have had a good experience both times. I think it's important to note that if you decide to use their service, try to complete the transaction through SpareFare to give you a peace of mind. Sellers can't always be trusted, but SpareFare can. Shoutout to Kim, she was very helpful when I had some concerns. I'll continue using SpareFare for as long as I can.

Very helpful customer service and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I was a seller, and this whole thing of selling a hotel reservation was new to me. The payment to me was slightly delayed by a few days (due to AWS global outage), but SpareFare followed up with a detailed email explaining the situation. They immediately resolved and sent payment, along with verification.

Thank you for this review. As you know, it has been a challenging last few weeks with the PayPal outage and this review made us smile during this exceedingly disruptive time for our business. :)

I've never bought or sold an airline voucher in my life, but tried to sell one on SpareFare last month. I had my reservations before, during, and honestly, after posting my voucher for sale on their site. In the end, it turned out to be completely legitimate and worthwhile. The owner, Kim, reached out to me personally when I had questions, and I later told her that I would definitely use their service again. It's legit, everyone!

Hi, I’ve sent several emails to customer service regarding my upcoming hotel reservation since I haven’t received the booking information. I haven’t heard back, and when I use the chat option on the site, I am told everyone is out and to leave a number, which I’ve done multiple times. I’ve also emailed the site directly but still haven’t received a response. Could someone please assist me with my booking status or provide an update on when I can expect the confirmation? Thank you, Glenn White Update: Kim was extremely helpful and confirmed my Booking. I have adjusted my rating in response.

Hi Glenn, thank you for the note and we apologize for the delay in response. We typically like to reply to reviews within 48 hours. We went through a devastating PayPal outage and have spent the last three weeks focusing on replatforming to Stripe and getting payments out to sellers in whatever way we could, including Western Union. It has been chaotic and we were not able to adhere to our typical service/email requirements. We are now trying to dig out of the emails that were not pertaining to seller payouts now as we are testing the Stripe platform now. Please send me an email directly at [email protected] and I will help you out!

I bid on a voucher and I saved a lot of money, I used it straight away for a booking and had no problems. Sellers are flexible with sensible offers. Will always look now before booking holiday
