I entered my measurements into the online shopping site for my size and ordered a pair of straight legged pants and a cropped pair of leather look pants. When I received them the sizes were totally wrong which were the recommended size from my online measurements given. The straight leg pants were far too big and the leather look far too small, I couldn’t get the waist further than half way up my thighs. I am unable to return the items as they were in the sale. I thought they would fit perfect given the fact I had provided my measurements. The items cost $135. I would have rather donated the money to a charity!!! I will never attempt another Spanx purchase nor recommend to anyone!!! Amazing reply from Spanx took 9 months, so not impressed!! I posted on 8 Jan 20224 and a reply received today 25 Oct 2024!! Hence my edit to the review… I continue to be a very unhappy customer from start to finish and will never purchase from Spanx again!!

I have several of their long-sleeve tees (& for the most part love them). But this last order I purchased is NOT the same quality as the previous. Not sure if it was because I was ordering in the busy Black Friday holiday (& product/quality rushed). I wore the item once & laundered it as instructed (delicate wash, cold, air dry). The material had a weak spot where it developed a pull/snag instantly. You can see the inferior threading throughout the pulled thread. I used the same quality washing machine I use w/all my other Spanx products. It is not the machine. I don’t mind paying higher price IF I get the quality. I’m extremely disappointed in Spanx as the quality appears to have fallen from when they first launched.

Well. I wrote my review. Sizing is far from correct. Gave all details. Received email which had me reach out to them directly. Surprise! No response. So why reach out? They truly do not care about their customers. It is so apparent and very appalling to say the least. Will not recommend nor say anything good about their brand.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SPANX.COM! They may be well known for their brand, but do yourself a favor and purchase their items from dept stores ONLY. They don't offer returns like they promise on their website (100% satisfaction). BS! Spanx is only made for extremely tall and slim people. Their petite is NOT true to size. They're overpriced and will NOT allow you to return anything. When you put in your order #, it will say item was final sales not able to return, which is clearly not true. Ordered $229.90 worth of clothing. I ordered my normal size. Clothing was too large when received, so I was going to opt for an exchange of sizes. Initiated return/exchange within one day of delivery and was denied because items were on sale - no return or exchange allowed. I am appalled. I have never had this happen before. Ordering online is an exercise in chance when it comes to women's clothing. In my past experiences with online sellers, exchanges were always allowed. Spanx - you lost me as a customer - and I have been a long-time customer. I have never tried to exchange anything with Spanx previously. This was so disappointing.

Absolutely, hands down, the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. They obviously want nothing to do with you after a purchase. I cannot get anyone one the phone, they do not answer emails and you can’t even get them on their so called “online chat”.

Not free returns and quality has gone down!!!!!!! Will never order from them again.

If I could rate 0 stars - it would be deserved. Made a purchase and selected the Free (Standard) Shipping. Was told by Spanx that Standard Shipping could take up to 9 business days. I am a retailer whi ships packages EVERY DAY and nothing I have ever shipped in the more than 12 years I have been in business has ever taken 9 business days. I mostly ship USPS and everything has always been delivered within 3 days. On occasion I will ship Fedex Home. Every day I received notices that the package was out for delivery, only to never be delivered. Of course on the 9th business day I received a "Package Delivered" notification with a picture of about 10 various packages on a damn loading dock somewhere. It is not my responsibility to seek out what loading dock Spanx sent my package to when it should have been delivered to my home. They will never see another penney of my money.
