NO POCKETS IN THE PANTS OR TOP!!!! Where do I put my phone?? I ordered a set to wear on the plane to Scandinavia but it took so long (over two weeks) I could not use it. Then I decided to order another color ( had not worn the first yet) for trip to Scotland got dressed this am and was totally shocked about the lack of pockets!!

They have some great items with soft and comfortable materials. A few of the items I ordered recently were a bit off, and the original shipping to receive was absurdly slow. The return process has been even worse, it's taken weeks and still awaiting finalization. I like the brand but would probably not purchase direct from them again.

My only issue with this store is sizing and shipping. I normally wear a medium/large bottom so I ordered 2 extra large mild compression short. I could not get them past my thighs. Why anyone that small would need shapewear, I don’t know. They charged me $14 shipping to get them to me and then charged me another $14 to return them. I could have put them in a five dollar USPS bag and saved myself nine dollars. They could have done the same and saved me nine more dollars to get them to me.My advice, if you need to buy shapewear, physically go to a store and try it on and avoid the shipping charges. i’m done buying from stores that charge shipping. With the billions that they make every year they should throw that in or at least severely reduce the cost to the customer.****Thank you for your response, but I was charged $7 per pair, even though they were shipped back in the same bag you deducted $14 from my refund. I will be calling in the morning to straighten this out.

Material The fabric of the WellSuited line appears so far to be of good quality. Fit The sizing is quite off. The difference between a small and medium pant is rather large, which means one either gets a good looking, but extreme compression and uncomfortable pant, or an overly loose-fitting but comfortable pant. The shoulder size of the WellSuited blazer jacket is bad. I ordered my usual size and the shoulders were too padded and so large in width that they were hanging off of my shoulders - and I have broad shoulders to begin with! The rest of the jacket fit was good so likely the next lower size will fit in the shoulders but be too small everywhere else. Packaging The items arrived very poorly packaged and wrinkled. They were not folded, and there was no tissue paper placed in the folds to keep the material from creasing and rubbing against itself - in stark contrast to EVERY other brand at the same price point.

Recently purchased two matching sets however the qualities is poor and the material is cheap. The quality was the same as the $20 matching sets I can get at Costco. There’s absolutely no lifting or shaping in these matching set as indicated. Extremely disappointed in the quality and fit. Spanx obviously do not stand behind your products. Unfortunately, I purchase it on sale, but it was still very pricey and I’m stuck with it.

I bought the Air Essentials wide leg pant. Very nice! I’m 5’4” with a 30” inseam. Did my research for the right size and got the petite inseam as IT SAID it was 30”. Got the pants and measured the inseam at 27”! That’s a huge discrepancy! Disappointed I have to reorder and wait another week.

I ordered the end of year clearance for the track suits. Not in my price range but disappointed in all the others. Finally waiting to see if it lived up to the hype, fabric soft and fell nice but a tad bit short. I didn't realize it was a final sale until I placed the order. Now I see they sent me a petite. I wondered why they were so short, straight leg, I'm 5'3 and just hit my ankle. I've never worn it yet but have removed the tags, going to call and see if they will take it back and send the REGULAR as ordered. If not I will never buy another SPANX again.. On the good note the suit lives up to the hype, comfortable, nice fabric but pricy. Do the right thing please...
