Bought the SPANXsupersmooth® Undie-tectable® Supima® Cotton Brief, they are super expensive. They're supposed to be undetectable, but the fit is not the best. I'm slim and workout, and these are the only briefs I have that mark my thighs. The lower part is see through. I bought them because I wanted to switch to a higher quality material, but these are not comfortable and don't look good. You are not able to leave a review only either, they filter and post positive reviews only.

Shipping is horrible with fit closely following. It takes about two weeks for your order to arrive and if you do a return it takes just as much time. For clothes this expensive, I would expect a better returns and refunds process. As for the clothes, they look nice, but just an odd fit, especially for the brand to be known for fit and shaping. Either they fit around the waist and abdomen and too baggy in the rear and thighs or they fit in the thighs/rear but too tight around your waist. Horrible. It would be nice to share the models dimensions as well.

Nice fabric fits smooth but no support to hold you in. Just like normal panties imo

This was my first experience purchasing from SPANX, and unfortunately it was disappointing. I purchased the AirEssentials Luxe Barrel Leg Pant in Very Black as part of a matching set. After the first wear and first wash (following care instructions), the pants developed a seam failure, indicating a manufacturing defect. Customer service acknowledged the defect and issued a refund for the sale price I paid. However, the matching style and color were out of stock, so I was unable to replace the pants or maintain the coordinated set. The alternative colors and styles suggested did not match the top I had already purchased, and I was told that a replacement, store credit, or price adjustment on a comparable Very Black style was not possible once the refund had been processed. The only additional accommodation offered was a standard 15% promo code and a free return on the top if I chose to return the entire set. While the responses were polite, this resolution left me either with an incomplete set or needing to repurchase matching items at a higher price due to a defect that was not my fault. SPANX followed policy, but the handling felt rigid and did not meaningfully acknowledge the inconvenience or loss of value caused by a defective item. For a premium brand, I expected more flexibility and a more customer-first approach when a product fails immediately. As a result, I will not be repurchasing and will be moving to alternatives brands that align more closely with my customer-first values.

Got my first pair of leggings gifted to me for my birthday on September 2025, a bit disappointed the seam is all coming loose I normally wear Lululemon size 4, these Spanx leggings are a Medium, they are not too tight so not sure why the seam is all coming loose. I truly like them but I feel that the quality is not there:( disappointing!!

Fit was okay, but not as comfortable as expected

I have ordered several times lately. The same style same size are sized so differently 1 inch difference in multiple pairs! I don’t understand your quality control!

Ordered bathing suit bottoms, received quite quickly; however, too small. Really nice quality but really pricy - Paid $119.00 CAD. Hey, I thought I was worth it. Unfortunately, exchange not available. So returning only to find I have to pay a $15.00 restocking fee on an already over-expensive item! Only getting back $104.00. Won't EVER be ordering from here again and my friends will all hear about it. Sorry Spanx, your return policy is BS and you've lost a customer based on your ridiculous return policy. Unhappy customer in CANADA.
