My Jupiter unit wasn't working properly and I returned after being instructed to do so. The unit was replaced quickly after being looked at. I received within a week later. Jeanne was the customer service person I dealt with and she followed up each step with me. Other businesses should have customer service like this! Thanks again.

Thought after returning once that my device wasn’t working again. They were so kind again, and sent another shipping label. Here to find out my husband had a cord for one of his devices out and accidentally switched them out. Even though it fit it must not have been fully connected because it would not charge. They were very understanding and told me to reach out if I have any other issues.
