I began a warranty registration for Jupiter, it didn't work and my login would not get me into my acct. Shar was adorable and kept walking me through the entire process, we had to do it a couple of times and she said we are going to do this until I'm set up. I appreciated her patience and soft voice to help. She's a keeper. Shar if you see this ever, you are a blessing.

My wife & I are new to the Space Touch Devices as we have both the Reviver Model and the Atlas. We have just started using the Atlas as we are still in our first week. What we experienced already is an amazing difference we feel on the face and neck. We are both in our late 60’s and are excited about the various program modes that will aid us for a healthier body. It is so incredibly simple to use and extremely relaxing as well. The Customer Service is excellent and are in constant contact with you. 2 Thumbs up from our experience!!

I have the Spacetouch Solos that I use for my eczema on my hands. My hands are less red, itchy, dry and inflamed. I had so many questions and Kazi was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I really appreciate it

Just a small note: Solos isn't specifically tested or marketed as an eczema treatment, so we'd suggest keeping your dermatologist in the loop on what you're using and how your skin is responding, especially since eczema can be sensitive to different triggers. That said, we're glad it seems to be working well for you so far!

I bought a Spacetouch with the IV red light in the Cancún airport. After using it twice a week for a month I can see a remarkable difference in the “Marionette Lines” and fine lines. Customer service really came through with a solution to a slight issue I was having. Thanks Kazi!
