I absolutely love the product, it's so pretty and is exactly what you see in the pictures. The first time I purchased evri failed to give me my parcel, but after reaching out about not receiving my product they sent a new one out to me straight away which I thought was lovely of them without charging me extra. Considering purchasing again for presents. 10/10 though, really pleased.

Delivery is an absolute shambles. Their products are cheap rubbish made in China and look nothing like the photos on their website. I have returned my item (received yesterday) and haven't heard anything about my refund. Here's hoping I get my money back

Don‘t order! My order wasn’t sent out for more than 2 weeks. When it arrived the boxes were damaged because it was sent in a plastic bag. The bulb I ordered looks nothing like the online pictures, not as colorful and just cheap. I contacted the support and they sent me a 20% voucher. Really bad experience.

Now personally the website deserves a 4+⭐ rating it took a little longer to deliver and the retro base could do with being better with the mount quality as it's abit wobbly but overall I ordered the Azure bulb and retro mount I absolutely love it and this company delivered to my expectations keep up the good work ♥️

Awful customer service, been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order and no response to emails or messages online. The fact they don’t even send a tracking link should be the first warning sign, then they do not reply when you request one. Not expecting this to arrive before Christmas if at all.

I suspect this is a SCAM! Avoid! (Please see update at bottom of page as my item eventually arrived) My story is the same as many many others. I placed my order on 28th November and it was immediately confirmed. A few days later I received a message stating that tracking information was not available unless I replied to their email specifically requesting it due to high volumes. I then received a message informing me that my parcel had been dispatched via Evri, but I still have not received it. It’s unlikely now that my parcel will arrive before Christmas, if at all. Should have googled reviews before I purchased. More fool me! Update: I’m glad to say that shortly after I wrote this review, my order finally arrived. The packaging isn’t damaged in any way and has arrived in good condition. I haven’t tried the lamp as it is a Christmas present for my son, but will share my thoughts once he’s opened it on Christmas Day. Glad to say that my Son loves his lamp.

My order came today and the boxes were damaged, luckily it doesn't seem broken, haven't tried to make it work yet though. It looks very cheap, made un china. I won't order on this website anymore kinda feel like I've been lied to.

My lamp arrived damaged, but there has been no answer from the shop to my email requesting a refund or replacement. I am still hoping to receive an answer. Apart from the damage, the lamp looks okay in a dark room but not as pretty as pictured online. I'd say it's not worth the price, even with the permanent 'discount'.
