All around is was a great experience, my only issue was that I should have been notified of my box being overweight and told of the overage before I was billed. Seeing the charge was a surprise,other than that ,all good

I recently used Sourgum Waste for a dumpster rental and was extremely impressed with their service. From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. On-time delivery and pickup: The dumpster arrived exactly when they said it would, and the pickup was equally prompt. No waiting around or missed appointments. Professionalism: The drivers were courteous and efficient. They placed the dumpster exactly where I needed it and took care to avoid any damage to my property. Charging us for cars being in the way…
Charging us for cars being in the way to remove the dumpster (didn’t call or notify us of the time) is simply gouging during a hurricane. Unacceptable.

We inform every customer that the area must be cleared for removal in order to service you in a timely manner. Our process is designed to ensure efficient service to everyone in the affected area. Unfortunately, we had to add the charge to compensate the driver who made the trip out and back without being able to remove the dumpster.
