Their customer support team is extremely friendly and responsive. I've worked with multiple people and they've all been fantastic. It's been a great experience and I'd highly recommend Sourgum for your dumpster needs. I've already used them twice and will be coming back in the future. Nice job!

Efficient and Quick service and delivery
Aly K.
On 9/28 I specified that I would need a second dumpster delivered on 10/9. On 10/8 I reached out to double-check, and was ignored. On 10/9 I spent half my day back and forth on emails asking why this was not scheduled or done when they knew for over a week that this was the plan. I was told Monday 10/12 was the best they could do at that point. Well guess what? It's Monday 10/12 and you know what I STILL don't have? A second dumpster. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and has been embarrassing as hell to tell our clients that we're not prepared because YOU GUYS failed us.

Hi Aly, We’re sorry for the frustration. Before the scheduled delivery, your site manager let us know there wasn’t room for a second container. Once you confirmed you still wanted it, we arranged delivery, and it arrived on Monday, 10/12. Going forward, we’ll confirm any changes to your order directly with you. Please reach out any time if you need anything at this site.

Using my credit card without authorization.
Response from SourgumOct 1, 2026
Hi Zev, We understand your concern. The charge relates to a trip fee for an attempted pickup. Our team communicated the scheduling details and explanation for the fee, but we recognize that you disagree with the charge. Please contact us at [email protected] if you’d like to discuss any remaining questions. We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of what was billed and why.

I’m not sure how cost competitive your company is however, your response time was impressive as the dumpster arrived at my home within 48 hours. That being said, I was disappointed in the number of hoops I had to clear to avoid paying more than the agreed upon price. I feel like your company stole an incremental $100 due to a minor infraction. Therefore I would encourage anyone planning to use your services to research other vendors first.
Response from SourgumSep 28, 2026
Hi Ted, We’re glad to hear you're happy with the quick turnaround! We aim to be as transparent as possible about potential charges. The initial confirmation email will always outline the included weight and any applicable fees so you know what to expect before pickup. If you ever have questions about rental terms or charges, our team is happy to review them with you. Feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected]. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make our pricing and terms as clear as possible.
