Exceptional Service and Quality!
I'll be honest, I was completely lost when it came to dealing with my hearing loss. I tried another device a few years ago that was complicated and impossible to use, just not helpful at all. Then, I found Soundbright, and let me tell you, they've been a true lifesaver. Their hearing aids are simple to use and they work! What's even better is that their prices are downright reasonable. It's a relief to find something that doesn't break the bank but still does the job right, especially these days. If you’re looking for a solution, I highly recommend Soundbright. They have my trust and loyalty, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable solution.

Great quality hearing aids
I wasn’t so sure about the quality of the hearing aids, since they are at a lower price point compared to other hearing aid brands. But the hearing aids do a great job. I have them since a couple of months now and the sound quality is really great.

Love my new Sony OTC hearing aids!

Amazing service and support

Fast and friendly service
The hearing aids arrived faster than expected and I was able to get a real person on the phone to answer all my questions. I liked having a representative walk me through the different options and technologies. My hearing is improving already!

I placed an order on February 1st
I placed an order on February 1st. Received an order number but no shipping confirmation, after two weeks I called customer service. Answer was I don't have an order, I gave the rep the order number and after further investigation he found it and stated that the order was mis-filed. Anyway, he told me he would get the order processed and I would receive a confirmation, week later no confirmation. I placed a call and had to leave a message, no call back. Following day I placed another call and was told by the computer recording to leave my info and one of their wonderful customer service associates would get back to me... still waiting.

I understand that you contacted us regarding the issue and I regret that the issue was not resolved at that time. Unfortunately, there was another bug in our system that delayed the case order from being placed until 2/26. This prevented your recent order from being processed and fulfilled in a timely manner, despite reaching out to our team. I want to assure you that this is not reflective of the level of service we strive to provide to our valued customers like yourself. this is what happened to me when i…
this is what happened to me when i ordered your hearing aids. first pair only the right ear worked. was sent a second pair the left ear worked but not the right. third pair neither one worked. this was all with in a three week well with in th 45 day that pair back been trying to get my money back for SIX MONTHS be careful! you may never see you money again.

My experience was a good one
My experience was a good one. Everyone was very helpful and showing concern to resolve the problem not just trying to sell me a hearing aid. I am going to an ENT to find out why the hearing aids didn't work for me. I may have another problem.
