Update: we would like to clarify that the customer didn't send us any email and called our U.S. phone number outside business hours. He didn't try calling our Canadian number (only US). Regarding the curtains, we are still investigating the issue and will refund him if the noise reduction doesn't get better in the next 4 days. --- Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Update: the parcel has been delivered and the order has been refunded. --- Hello Anna, Thank you for your review and really sorry for this mistake. The new parcel is on the way since April 28th. It should be delivered by Evri tomorrow. We are really sorry for the delay: delivery usually takes place within 2 working days with them.
