Satisfait de ma commande, le rideau est de qualité. Une étoile en moins pour les délais de livraison, 7 à 10 jours annoncés, la commande a mise un mois a arriver. Cependant je repasserai commande avec plaisir. Merci à vous!

Ik heb inmiddels goede ervaringen met deze webshop en hun mooie gordijnen. Bij de eerste levering ontbrak helaas de tweede doos door toedoen van de transporteur. Daarnaast liep de communicatie met de webshop tijdelijk vast, waardoor het door technische redenen even duurde voordat ik een reactie ontving. Gelukkig is het probleem daarna snel en netjes opgelost: het tweede pakket werd alsnog vlot geleverd en mijn bestelling is nu compleet. Ook werd er een passende compensatie aangeboden voor het ongemak. Al met al ben ik erg tevreden over de uiteindelijke afhandeling. Bedankt voor de goede service! Ik zal in de toekomst zeker opnieuw bij jullie bestellen en jullie ook aanbevelen aan anderen.

I am going to say up front that we received a full refund for our order. However, I need to share our experience for others to see. We bought a curtain to cover a door in a music studio. Tried contacting through website before order to confirm use case and install advice, but didn't get a response. Decided to order anyway. Surprised at how many people say cost is cheap, as I found it expensive. However, the claimed 21Db noise reduction would have made it worth while. First the curtains feel very lightweight, with little substance. Nothing like I was expecting for something which prevents sound transfer. We hung the curtain and tested the result. Between 1-2Db difference. Tried to call Canadian Helpline to see if we were doing anything wrong. Got a series of text messages back offering call back options at weird times of day and then several promises of calls at a time that suited us, which never transpired. Email communication eventually became consistent. We were told that because of compression in transport it can take 7-10 days for the full acoustic qualities to develop. We were told this is written in a note with delivery. This is not true. The note only mentions the filling fluffing back up after 10 days, nothing about this affecting the acoustic properties. The curtain did not seem visibly compressed during shipping. We waited 2 weeks. We tested again and still only 1-2Db difference. They confirmed the curtain was installed correctly from a photo and processed a refund, for which we are grateful. This product may work better on road noise, as many reviewers seem to say it does. However, to reduce transfer of music through a door (fyi. the walls, surrounding the door, are soundproofed and effectively reduce around 40Db of sound transfer), it is pretty much useless. The video they show as "proof" of 21Db noise reduction is very hard to believe. Especially as it doesn't have any sound! Sorry to leave this review, but I think it is better for people to understand the product fully. We did not test the blackout qualities. In response to Sound Escapes response, no suggestion was made that there may be a defect. They offered to send a replacement curtain, which we would need to pay for. However, they confirmed that the theoretical missing layer would not decrease sound transfer to any significant degree, so we declined the offer.
